1. Sales lead generation via online channels.
2. Attend to customer enquiries via call, social media platform and chat application.
3. Tour operation follow up.
4. Execution of paper work (from quotation, reservation, payment follow up to invoicing).
5. After sales follow up.
6. Onsite visit when necessary.
7. Tour research and itinerary setup.
1. Require Language(s) (write, read & speak) - English,Bahasa Malayu, Mandarin
2. Outspoken & soft spoken person.
3. Good follow up skill and highly attentive to enquiry.
4. Comfortable working with computer and mobile phone in long hour
5. Basic computer skill (Outlook, excel, Wordpress)
6. Willing to travel when necessary
7. Willing to attend to customer enquiries & tour support via phone during weekend or PH (when necessary)
8. Fresh graduates from diploma / related field or Tourism & Hospitality who are interested to start their career
9. Or minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience in the service industry will be an added advantage for this position
