As a Powder Coater, you will be responsible for applying powder coating materials to various surfaces with precision and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience in powder coating processes and a keen eye for detail.

**Responsibilities:**


* Set up and operate powder coating equipment according to specifications
* Prepare surfaces for coating by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary
* Apply powder coating materials evenly and consistently
* Monitor coating process to ensure quality and adherence to specifications
* Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
* Maintain a clean and organized work area
* Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times

**Requirements:**


* Proven experience as a Powder Coater.
* Proficiency in operating powder coating equipment
* Strong attention to detail and quality
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Good physical condition, able to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
* Excellent communication skills
* Flexibility to work night shifts

Day to Day duties will include the following:
* MIG Welding
* Welding 90% on Mild steel
* Working from engineering drawings
* Measuring, cutting, drilling welding and fabrication from start to finish
* Working from box section and sheet



As a person you will need the following qualities and experience:
MIG welding and fabrication experience skills
ability to work from engineering drawings
welding from 2mm to 25mm
