*Coordinate and liaise with internal cross-functional teams include overseas business units/subsidiary companies.
*Preparation of monthly management accounts and analysis.
*Monthly analysis of key costs within the business.
*Production of monthly variance analysis with commentaries.
Candidate profile

About the job
This role (job) is mainly warehouse base and therefore not in a conventional office environment. This is a full-time permanent position and the role is to provide support the operation activities of the 3PL warehouse.
The work place is will be at the warehouse,working under the sypervision of Sypervisor. The Warehouse Assistant will be responsible for ensuring the accurate receipt of goods/cargoes into and out the internal system and ensuring orders are processed according to customers specifications. In this role, you will ensure that shipments are assigned timely and accurately. The role will involve arranging export shipments from collection through to shipment,arrange import deliveries and raise billing/invoice for payments.
The general duties will involve the following role:
*Perform cargo loading and unloading.
*To perform physical counts,tally and surface inspection of cargo upon receiving/delivery.
*To store cargoes in proper location assigned within the warehouse.
*To perform cargo issuance.
*Picking,packing and despatch of cargo according to ownership and destinations.

Job Requirements
Candidates who wish to be considered for this role should possess the following attributes:
*Malaysian Male or Female age 25-35.
*Qualification: Minimum SPM or Diploma. 
*2-3 years of work experience in 3PL warehouse facilities.
*Knowledge of both warehouse and logistics practices is necessary.
*Be able to demonstrate excellent literacy/numerary skills.
*Have accurate typing/data entry skills.

About the job

The duties and scope of works will be:

職位：人力資源及行政經理

地點 : Taman Perindustrian Gemilang, 烏魯地南, 柔佛州

薪資範圍：RM 6,500 – RM 7,000

任何學科/相關領域的文憑

至少文憑、高級/高級/研究生文憑、學士學位、研究生文憑、專業學位，任何領域。
最低工作經驗：

該職位需要至少 5 年相關領域的工作經驗。
所需的其他技能或知識：

熟悉馬來西亞勞工法和處理外籍勞工的程序。
能夠獨立工作，具有較強的領導特質和出色的人際溝通能力。
懂計算機並能夠處理電腦化工資系統。
方便彈性工作時間。
要求具有較高的口頭和書面英語程度。

責任 ：

• 在公司財產、公共關係、法律和福利、秘書或個人職能方面支援公司管理。
• 制定、實施和管理公司的人事政策，以確保有效招募、使用、激勵和保留員工，並確保和諧的產業關係和員工關係。
• 負責合約的正確記錄。
• 維護和審查長期人力和繼任計劃，並在必要時提出變更建議。提供有效的招募服務並推薦選拔候選人。
• 就為員工提供適當的服務條款和條件向最高管理層提供建議，並在必要時進行審查。
• 對輕微紀律問題進行輔導。
• 更新和維護直至管理層的所有員工的個人檔案。
• 監督辦公區域、家具和設備的維護和一般內務管理。
• 規劃和實施行政和辦公室程序，有效管理日常行政職能。
• 流程升級/升級和轉移。
• 維護和更新所有薪資和福利規劃者 EPF、Socso、所得稅。
• 負責公司薪酬管理制度的管理。
• 確保員工的病假、年假和長期服務假記錄保持最新。
• 依指示準備有關缺勤、營業額和招募成本的統計資料。
• 可以協助上級為員工組織培訓和發展計劃。
• 更新、追蹤和維護公司提供的服務/設施的記錄，例如儲物櫃、制服、交通、文具。
• 維護公司佈告欄。
• 對直接和間接員工進行離職面談。
• 準備警告信、出示原因信並追蹤日常出勤情況。
• 準備每月的員工人數報告。
• 負責所有招聘廣告（內部/外部），並就如何推廣更好的廣告提供建議和建議。
• 規劃並實施員工績效評估體系
• 規劃並實施公司日常快遞托運活動。
• 部門主管不時指派的任何合理職責

平日：週一-週五-（5天）

工作時間 : 上午 8:30 – 下午 6:00

Requirements :

• Candidates must have at least a bachelor's degree or equivalent education;
• At least 3-5 years of experience in human resource management and administrative management in the manufacturing industry, and at least 3 years of equivalent management experience.
• Strong learning ability, proactive work attitude and good personality
• Good communication skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
• Familiar with relevant labor laws, regulations, and employment policies in Malaysia.
• Proficient in MS Office and recruitment systems
• Familiarity with foreign personnel's employment visa work and being able to speak Chinese will   be an additional advantage

Job Scopes:

• To conduct orientation to new staff / worker.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings and candidate screening to interviews and on/off boarding.
• Maintain accurate and confidential personnel records and HR documentation
• Address employee inquires, concerns, and conflicts in a timely and professional manner
• Identify training needs and skill gaps within the organization through assessments and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with department heads to align training programs with business objectives.
• Improve functional efficiency and provide guidance and coaching to junior staff.
• Responsible for HRDF grants and claims and levy for group companies.
• In-charge of group company insurance (GHS & GTL)
• Preparing letter offer, staff renewal & staff confirmation
• Perform other and hoc tasks assigned by Department Manager / Director.

• 根據公司人員定位和用人制度，不定期組織職位分析工作，不斷修訂完善崗位說明書和職責；
• 負責員工招募管理，滿足各部門、各期間的用工需求；
• 負責公司的教育培訓工作，根據各部門的培訓需求制定年度/月度培訓計劃，並監督其實施；並具體負責第一線生產員工的培訓，包括規劃、組織執行、監督檢查；
• 負責企業文化推廣、員工關係、員工績效、員工考勤、薪資會計等管理工作；
• 負責部門各環節工作流程的設計與編寫、運作與維護、檢查與評審、持續改善或完善；
• 按時完成上級交辦的其他任務。
