About The Role
This role in the Asset Owner’s team will contribute directly to the future of Prelude-Crux Asset by Supporting organisational, procedural and process readiness to operate the Crux facility throughout its lifecycle (manned and unmanned modes).
The key responsibilities are:
• Supporting to ensure that Prelude is ready to operate Crux at the earliest practical time.
• Enabling and facilitating delivery of the Operations Readiness Team during Detailed Design activities, with a focus on integration with Prelude.
• Ownership of the long-term objective of the Crux project, with a proactive and can-do aptitude, including early input beginning in Detailed Design
• Ensuring end-to-end integration and alignment with Prelude processes, equipment, and procedures to facilitate the successful end-to-end processing of Crux products.
During the Detailed Design Phase:
1. Contribute to updates to Prelude Competency Development and Assurance AMS documentation and procedures due to Crux changes.
2. Bring a high level of ESP skill, knowledge and consistency as a dedicated resource, and hence facilitating and enabling the Project ORA Teams delivery, as the future asset owner.
3. Provide dedicated and consistent Prelude Support to the Operator Training Simulator (OTS), to ensure delivery of stress tested training scenarios and start-up scenarios for planning.
4. Provide dedicated and consistent Prelude Support for development of Crux DCS HMI’s and graphics, and any updates required for Prelude graphics.
5. Ensuring Prelude’s readiness to receive Crux at the earliest practical point in time, and supporting the development of elements of the Crux Readiness / P2A Process.
During the Commissioning and Start Up Phase
6. Ensuring Operations and maintenance team organisational competency and capability in respect to Control Room Operator requirements, including OTS and development of additional Prelude operator requirements.
7. Contribute to walk downs, loop testing, function testing, Right First Time program, ensuring delivery of project outcomes.
8. Responsible for Start-up of Crux from the Crux platform.
During the Operate Phase
9. Transitions from the Crux platform, to be located onboard Prelude on the dedicated Crux Operator Work Station.
10. Ensure operation within the design envelop, utilising FSR and operational risk assessments where required.
11. Adhere to and promote safety and environmental procedures to ensure safety of personnel, plant and environment.
12. Enabling the early identification, diagnosis and rectification of process issues as they arise.
13. Coordination of work activities with Crux offshore team, ensuring effective work execution and operation of the Permit to Work and Safe Isolation processes.
14. Working closely with onshore organisation to drive safe, reliable, and efficient Crux performance, and ensure threats to the safe, reliable, and predictable production plan are identified, managed, and meet the requirements of AMS processes
15. Leading, supporting and coaching to embed Shell’s D&I aspirations recognizing and advocating the necessity of diversity and Respect for a successful business.

Job Requirements
• Prelude experience is preferred.
• A diploma/certificate in Production Operations with experience as a Control Room Operator is essential.

The Lead Production Technician’s accountabilities adapt and evolve through the project phases:
During the Detailed Design Phase:

6. Delivery of Crux Performance Projects as required, which may include Crux integration into the Prelude Integrated Operating Centre, Crux Onshore CWE design, the Crux Walk-To-Work Project.
During the Commissioning and Start Up Phase
7. Ensuring Operations and maintenance team organisational competency and capability.
8. Contribute to walk downs, function testing, Right First Time program, ensuring delivery of project outcomes.
During the Operate Phase
9. Supporting the PIC to ensure operation within the boundaries of the Safety case and Environmental Plan, respective legislation, and business plan when the platform is manned.
10. Ensuring that the Ensure Safe Production, Permit to Work, Safe Isolation and Maintenance Execution processes are followed so that day to day tasks and activities of the production shift are executed with consistency and with focus on process safety, integrity and operational excellence.
11. Supporting the PIC to safely deliver the production plan and Integrated Activity Plan.
12. Enabling the early identification, diagnosis and rectification of process issues as they arise.
13. Coordinating all work activities via the Permit to Work process, including permit verification and overseeing equipment preparation for maintenance.
14. Working closely with onshore organisation to drive safe, reliable, and efficient Crux performance, and ensure threats to the safe, reliable, and predictable production plan are identified, managed, and meet the requirements of AMS processes.
Job Requirements:
• Prelude experience is preferred.

About The Role
The Crux Lead INLEC/Production Technician is a dual trade role which is a critical position within the operations team being established which focused on delivery from Execute phase, culminating in a successful Start-up and CRUX Project to Asset handover through to operations. This position is a key role that moves through the Project phase into the future organization operations structure to maintain Crux. A major part of the role will also be to train and mentor future staff to facilitate interventions on Crux from Prelude.
POSITION DESCRIPTION - ACCOUNTABILITIES
The Lead INLEC/PRODUCTION Technician roles and responsibilities will differ between the different phases of the Project Cycle leading up to operations.
IN THE EXECUTE PHASE:
- Work with the Training department to set up competence and training requirements.
- Contribute to and review any Project Engineering activities that requires your support.
- Contribute to the Operations and Maintenance workshops.
- Review and contribute to maintenance work pack development
- Review and contribute to the Compterised Maintenance Management System build.
- Support and build a compile Corrective Maintenance work packs for critical equipment.
FOR ONSHORE COMMISSIONING/FABRICTION YARD
- Gain knowledge on the asset by walkdowns on the asset.
- Review of Work packs to ensure that they are fit for purpose.
- Work with the CSU team for commissioning of equipment thereby gaining knowledge.
- Attend vendor specific training for different equipment
- Support and contribute to handover walkdowns for commissioned systems
- Support CSU team with Preservation and structured walkdowns to ensure equipment and piping are maintains cleanliness.
- Review of permits and isolations to ensure they are fit for purpose.
- Work with Training department to build training packages for new starters from respective knowledge gain through vendor and equipment training.
OPERATIONS:
- Provide assurance and oversight of execution of maintenance scope through the maintenance contractors. Responsibilities include the undertaking of offshore operations surveillance tasks and minor maintenance including sampling and testing. Other activities include safe isolation and purging of plant and equipment ensuring a Safe Work environment to execute the work scopesinclsuive of the relevant steps to bring back the plant or equipment into service.
Experience Requirements:
- Dual Trade Instrument / Electrical Certificate with A Grade Western Australian Electrical License
- Sound technical understanding and experience in various Instrumentation and Electrical systems, with a preference to have a minimum of ten years working in an INLEC role.
- Sound understanding of work preparation and scheduling requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in mentoring, training, leading, and working within teams and engagement with other disciplines.
- Proficient in coordinating maintenance activities on oil & gas facilities through a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
- Understanding of business processes for maintenance
- Maintain flexibility with an ability to perform autonomously in a dynamic work environment
- Experience with analysers with respect to servicing, calibrating, repairing, and troubleshooting.

About The Role
The Crux Lead Mechanical/Production Technician is a dual trade role for:
- A Mechanical Technician who has Production Technician qualifications or who would like to pursue development as a dual trade Production Technician. OR
- A Production Technician with a MECHANICAL Trade qualification
This is a critical position within the operations team which will be focused on delivery during the project Execute phase, culminating in a successful Start-up and CRUX Project to Asset handover through to the Not Normally Manned (NNM) operations. FABRICATION/ ONSHORE COMMISSIONING PHASE

- As part of the Integrated CSU team contribute to owner’s team verification of contractor scope delivery.
- Attend vendor specific training for packages & equipment.
- Support and contribute to system & equipment joint walkdowns ensuring identification and inclusion of punch information.
- Support RFT (Right First Time) activities including Tightness (leak testing/ flange management)/ Cleanliness (Preservation).
- Lead onboarding & familiarisation for discipline teams including vendor and equipment training.

OFFHSORE COMMISSIONING, START UP AND LIGHTHOUSE MANNING PHASE

- Role model for safety and behavioral leadership.

Time Writing Coordination – Send out email reminders, monitor time reported weekly/monthly, review to ensure all have report time to correct projects and correct phase/network number.
Support the Lubricant Supply Chain (Europe or America) assets and amenable to work from 5pm to 2am (Malaysia Time)
Key Experiences and Qualifications:
We welcome fresh graduates preferably with university degree in Engineering or other related oil and gas degree. Experienced staffs with at least 1-2 years of experience in cost engineering, basic procurement and project coordination from oil and gas or related industries are also welcome to apply.

What’s the role?
Reporting into the Cash & Collections Manager, the Accounts Receivable Administrator will take ownership of the daily reconciliations of the bank, sales ledger, billing and payments to ensure accurate cash allocations to customer accounts.

We are keen to hear from individuals with proven experience in an Accounts Receivable role. You’ll also bring in your strong Microsoft Excel skills and prior experience of reconciling large volumes of data.
We are seeking a dedicated and driven individual with a keen eye for detail. You must have demonstrable organisation skills to meet operational deadlines and must be able to communicate effectively at all levels. As a self-starter, you should thrive when working independently and taking initiative.
