• Lead or assist the Head of Company Secretarial in all aspects of company secretarial work, duties and ensuring compliance with the Companies Act 2016, other relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.

The Digital Director oversees the Partnerships digital strategy and go to market approach and ensures the successful activation of clients’ investments. 

This position requires a strong leader with proven experience managing teams, juggling multiple high level projects at one time, researching and justifying digital partner selection and developing and negotiating multi-faceted media and marketing partnerships.
