We are a rapidly growing Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) practice with multiple outlets across Singapore. We are dedicated to providing high-quality TCM healthcare services to our patients, and we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations and HR Manager to join our team.
*Job Responsibilities:*
- Understand the evolving hiring needs of our growing TCM practice and effectively manage stakeholders to ensure hiring strategies align with our business expansion goals.
- Spearhead recruitment efforts for all outlets, overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and retain top talent in the healthcare industry. Onboarding for new staff.
- Manage clinic rostering to optimize staffing levels across multiple outlets and ensure seamless operations.
- Oversee leave and employment management, including maintaining employee records, processing leave requests, and managing contracts.
- Collaborate closely with clinic leaders and hiring managers to coordinate recruitment activities and support them throughout the hiring process.
- Lead HR projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, employee engagement, and professional development opportunities.
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to equip clinic staff with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Proactively address customer satisfaction by implementing strategies to improve patient experience and promptly resolve any service-related issues.
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure consistency in clinic operations and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Continuously assess and update operating procedures to reflect changes in industry best practices and organizational needs.
- Ensure proper maintenance of existing operating procedures and facilitate the creation of new procedures as needed to improve workflow efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor and manage clinic operations to ensure smooth daily functioning, including inventory management, facility maintenance, and adherence to health and safety protocols.
- Implement strategies to optimize clinic workflows and enhance operational effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
*The Successful Applicant:*
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Operations and HR, with a strong background in operations management, preferably in the healthcare or wellness industry.
- Demonstrated experience in overseeing clinic operations, including inventory management, facility maintenance, and adherence to health and safety protocols.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Operations Management, or a related field is required.
- Proficiency in full-cycle recruitment practices, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
