HR Generalist is responsible for the day-to-day administration of HR programs and policies for OneDigital Advanced Health (a OneDigital company.) The OneDigital Advanced Health environment is an exciting, high-energy, performance-driven organization specializing in the Medicare Advantage space. The HR Generalist is responsible for planning, directing and delivering Corporate and customized HR services that support their office’s objectives. In consult with OneDigital’s SVP of Human Resources and National Director of Talent Management, the Generalist works with key stakeholders and employees within the OneDigital Advanced Health organization to provide HR and Talent Management support to all OneDigital Advanced Health employees.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Provides guidance, interpretation and compliance of HR policies and procedures;
Serves as a trusted advocate, sounding board and liaison between the employees in their office and to ensure corporate services and best practices are aligned with local office needs;
Oversees all aspects of the employee experience, with a goal of firmly establishing OneDigital Advanced Health/OneDigital as a destination of choice for new talent and a best place to work;
Effectively receives and resolves complex employee-related issues or grievances and applies proper interpretation and application of company policies and state/local employment laws; escalates to local leadership and SVP of Human Resources;
Responsible for all onboarding tasks for new hires to include IT setup, payroll and benefits, pre-licensing, required training, etc…
Serves as the initial point of contact for employees in their region on benefits-related questions; refer to Corporate Benefits team and Care Navigation team as required;
Provides guidance to managers on HR and employment law best practices; escalates to Corporate HR when needed;
Extract HRIS and workforce data reports from Zenefits and/or Workday;
Work with Talent Partners to ensure proper FLSA classification and compensation levels when evaluating job descriptions;
Work in tandem with the Talent Partner on pre-termination discussions with managers and planning for employee exits;
Provides HR representation during all termination meetings and assisting the exiting employee with their offboarding; including prepares paperwork, conduct employee termination meetings, and answer general HR and Benefits offboarding questions;
Work with the Leave Concierge when an employee needs to take a leave of absence;
Manages all aspects of existing team building and appreciation events as well as provide recommendations for new programs and events.

The Director of Human Resources is a key leader for OneDigital Advanced Health, responsible for overseeing and managing the HR responsibilities for a high-production, on-site call center environment. He/She works closely and collaboratively with functional business leaders throughout the organization, as well as the Corporate People & Culture team, to ensure best practices in human resource management are maintained.
The Director reports to OneDigital Advanced Health’s Managing Principal and is closely aligned with OneDigital's Corporate HR team. This role is a fully onsite role and will manage a team consisting of a HR Generalist, Office Manager/Receptionist and the ODAH recruiting team. The HR Director role is responsible for establishing and enforcing policies and procedures, working with ODAH managers on staff performance issues, managing employee records, employee onboarding and offboarding, and managing legal compliance and escalated issues.

Policies/Procedures Administration:
Develops and manages HR policies and procedures that are in line with OneDigital Advanced Health values and communicates these policies, rules and regulations to organization
In concert with OneDigital Corporate HR, maintains employee handbook and recommends changes or additions to ensure handbook reflects the culture and values of the organization
Oversees implementation and enforcement of all policies and procedures relevant to employee relations, performance management and federal/state law adherence.
Compensation:

Works collaboratively with ODAH leadership and Corporate Finance to ensure compensation and bonus plans appropriately incentivize and promote employee performance

Key Role:
Support the firm’s listening strategy through development and analysis of annual surveys, including employee experience pulse surveys, 360 feedback, rolling life cycle surveys, ad hoc surveys, performance, retention, and attrition. Manage full-cycle survey requests across the firm. The Opportunity:
As a professional in shared delivery, you have the experience and skills to ensure our Delivery Hub operations are effective, efficient, timely, and valuable for internal and external clients. How You’ll Contribute:
As a HR System and Data Specialist on our team, you’ll:
Be responsible for the HR individual data changes, mass data updates, manual hires, and termination activities
Work with individual data changes to include retroactive changes, corrections, rescinding transactions and manual transactions to update data
Manage mass data updates to include organizational, pay-impacting, job changes, contingent workers and job requisitions
Process terminations in Workday and conduct exit interviews with outgoing employees
Supervisory organization, Career Manager, Job Leader Workday management
Send out processing documents to employees for involuntary terms as well as voluntary that are high risk and access termed
Maintain and audit personnel files to ensure accuracy
Maintain reusable end-user training and documentation materials for Workday
Complete disciplinary actions in system
Ensure sensitive information remains confidential and protects personal information when processing all transactions and addressing employee inquiries, in line with the organizations data privacy requirements

You Have:
2+ years of experience in customer service supporting human resources in HR administration, transactional and data management, and reporting activities
Experience with using Microsoft Office Excel to create business spreadsheets, organize large amounts of information, and perform complex computations, including the use of pivot tables, Vlookups, editing ranges, and creating unique formulas
Ability to build strong relationships with COE partners as well as the business sectors to improve delivery
HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:
Experience working in a Help Desk or Contact Center environment with reporting
