Reporting to Head of Sales Excellence of Region AA, you will play an important role of providing the analysis on how we can make our distribution in the market becomes more effective and efficient. • Facilitate interactive planning and schedule review sessions with the project team as well as key stakeholders to walk through the critical path, showcase the critical activities and work with team to mitigate schedule delays
• Identify critical milestones from overall schedule
• Validate Contractor approaches/schedule's logic, duration and activities while measuring and reporting of progress against schedule including analysis of project documents to identify potential project impacts
• Consolidate progress reports for management review including preparation of appropriate project schedule indicators.
• Establish, implement and adhere to Schedule Change Control process including review and agreement of impact of project and scope changes to ensure control is incorporated in the overall project schedule and progress measurement system.
• Accumulate and access historical data for use in maintaining realistic future planning and forecasting.

• Assist passengers, including those with disabilities, in and out of the vehicle.

The position will manage due diligence processes, supply chain mapping, and insights, whilst helping to develop and embed more sustainable procurement practices.

• Responsible for developing and managing supply chain mapping tools and databases.

About The Role:
The Logistics Specialist ensures control and execution of the local Warehouse and Distribution activities. The Logistics Specialist is responsible / accountable to:

• Execution of effective local logistic services;
• Identifying opportunities in the end to end supply chain to reduce waste, minimize cost and work towards a more customer-driven supply chain.

Goals and Key Accountabilities:

The Logistics Specialist ensures the operational execution of local logistics services (transport and warehouses). He is responsible to guarantee on time deliveries at the best cost.

1. Deliver Stock Accuracy level combined with stock target and costs
2. Weekly transportation planning and Transport arrangement (Inbound and Outbound for Shipment from/to factories, warehouses, customers)
3. Stock Transfer and Delivery Orders creation (between JDE plants)
4. Support Customer Service with claim management (main contact for LSP/Transportation companies)
5. Post Goods Receipt, Post Goods Issue and Scrapping execution in  in SAP

About the role

With growing customer accounts and demands in Aerospace, we are assembling a team of Customer Service Executives to deliver visibility, proactivity, optimization and high level of customer satisfaction to our major Aerospace account. Based in our Subang Jaya 4PL hub, the team of Customer Service Executives will be rostered in 4 shifts to ensure 24/7 availability to meet our customers' needs.

• Process customer’s orders/inquiries timely and accurately.
• Ensure customer’s orders are dispatched in the best route (transport plan) to optimize freight cost.

• Liaison with multiple parties including customers, overseas agents, etc for freight handling and/or other matters

• Handle shipping documentation (import/export / BL / documentation).

• Ensure compliance with customer’s Standard Operating Procedure.

• Communicate discrepancies/issues to team supervisor/manager when necessary.

• Consistently monitor emails and respond in a timely and professional manner to Customers and Appointed Service providers to provide full visibility to Customers.

• Responsible and familiarize with track & trace systems (LINK).

• Continuous update through communications on current statuses from Bollore network, international carriers, and subcontractors, troubleshooting any irregularities, and well well-prepared to construct information flows smoothly and timely to customers.

• Proactively request service failure reasons from the service providers' network and update Customers in the event of any service deviation from standard transport mapping.

• Ensure that contractual rates and agreed plans are always closely followed and aligned with Customers’ expectations.

• Work closely with OPM/RCM in preparing business review materials on a periodic basis (monthly & and quarterly).

• Lead periodic conference calls with the Customer's Control Tower or Key Contacts in reviewing the Dashboard Reports and time-critical shipments.
• Active participation in business reviews together with OPM/RCM to present our contractual performance and identify common service issues.
• With the support of peers, able to relate to the customer in transposing recurrence service issues.
• Carrying out any other ad-hoc work instruction requests made by the supervisor/manager.

Lead a team of Customer Services agent (Front-Offices, Back-Offices, Billing Auditors…)

Supervise and Monitor the Operational Workflow to Ensure a Full Supply Chain Visibility to the Customer
