We are looking for a highly driven Manager, People Partner who will partner with our foodpanda business teams to deliver excellent employee experience, develop and execute the organizational agenda and people plans with the ultimate goal to achieve business results and employee experiences.

You rapidly build relationships can synthesize business priorities and are a catalyst to identify and deliver people programs to support these priorities. With support from the People Team, you will identify and execute people programs encompassing performance and talent management, organizational development and change, workforce and compensation planning, employee engagement and retention, and end-to-end employee experiences. You are comfortable working with data and people metrics to deliver deep talent insights that support business decisions. You will be the change advocate for the rollout of people initiatives, ensuring business adoption and engagement. 

Responsibilities

Performance and Talent Development and Management: 

• Drive talent planning and succession planning exercises.

• Facilitate performance review sessions, and provide guidance and coaching to leaders on managing performance and feedback discussions.

• Conduct training needs analysis, propose training plans, and execute end-to-end training programs that meet business priorities and employees’ professional development needs.

Organizational Development and Change: 

• Execute the rollout of culture, inclusion, and diversity initiatives to increase organizational effectiveness.

• Manage organizational changes in an agile fashion, getting buy-in and commitment, understanding the impact on employees and bring them along the change journey through communication and enablement.

Workforce and Compensation Planning: 

• Serve as the cross-functional partner in aligning business needs, and workforce planning processes.

• Guide leaders in making rewards decisions using performance and business data and insights, and in alignment with our total rewards philosophy and market competitiveness

Employee Engagement and Retention: 

• Leverage data and insights, propose and track action plans to address and improve engagement.

• Analyze attrition data to identify trends and correlations, and make recommendations to increase talent attraction and retention rates.

Employee Experiences and HR Service Delivery: 

• Deliver excellent employee experience through seamless and efficient management of each step of the employee life cycle, from onboarding to career transitions.

• Provide insights on requirements for critical HR and technology projects, support business case scenarios to drive the betterment of employee experience and HR service delivery.

• Review current processes and policies in place and ensure that corresponding processes and policies are in alignment across the board.

• Create and/or make updates to existing processes and policies by showing reference to the employment act, any Malaysian Employers Federation (MEF) related case studies and/or with employee experience in mind.

We are looking for a Rider Payment Analyst to join our growing team in Operations, at the heart of the foodpanda business! Operations at foodpanda aims to improve our customer offering by bringing efficiency and improvements through a data-centric approach. This position reports to the Manager, Rider Payment Rules.

• Key member of the operations vertical and support driving growth in alignment with the country/organizational strategy
• Execute projects with the local and the global team to their maximum potential
• Take ownership of operations excellence improvement initiatives that strengthen our relationships with customers, vendors and riders
• Work with cross functional teams to ensure that Operations is always aligned with the larger vision of the organization
• Hands-on approach and love going into details to better understand and shape solution to our daily operational issue
• Work with the operations team to strategize on incentives and payments for Delivery Partners

Quality Assurance analysts audit interactions to measure adherence to prescribed company policies and processes. The analyst is a flag bearer for the foodpanda brand and evaluations interactions with an objective of improving overall customer and rider experience through providing feedback on SOP, Process and agent behavior

Auditing a team of front line agents across channels like Chat, Call & Email for transaction quality and SOP adherence for Customer service

To maintain desired levels of  productivity &  accuracy on audits performed by self

To coach front line agents on overall SOP, Process and new changes 

Perform analysis to identify the root cause of potential issues. Partner with internal stakeholders to drive CSAT improvement  projects

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performs chat & call monitoring and provides trend data to the site management team.

• Uses a quality monitoring data management system to compile and track performance at team and individual level.

• Participates in call listening/ interaction deep dive programs to identify rider needs and expectations.

• Analyze CSAT ratings for the country/ BPO to identify customer pain points. 

• Flag non performing agents & support performance with coaching & feedback interventions via team leader

• Participate in weekly calibrations/ performance review calls with BPO partner to measure/track or implement improvement initiatives 

• Participate in  calibration calls to improve overall understanding & usage of QA Scorecard

About the job:

This role will be based in Malaysia and will report to the Recruitment Executive located in Singapore. As a Staffing Operations Assistant, you will be supporting our staffing operations through timely and effective communications with the store operations team, while streamlining daily staffing operations. You will also provide admin and documentation support, support payroll preparation and prepare staffing reports. You should be a systematic and meticulous professional who is able to multitask a variety of administrative tasks and operational duties while working under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in staffing operations, including conducting roll calls and deploying replacements to stores as needed.
• Manage staffing contingencies by broadcasting shifts request and contacting on-call staff for last-minute coverage.
• Provide timely and accurate communication among stakeholders like store managers, training team and candidates.
• Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks, including (but not limited) payroll administration, data entry, and maintaining employee records and documentation.
• Generate and prepare weekly and monthly staffing reports.
• Undertake additional staffing projects or duties as assigned.

Payroll Management: Oversee and manage the end-to-end payroll process for all employees, including regular payroll, bonuses, commissions, and special payments. Ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll updates, including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.

Team Leadership and Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of payroll professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations. Assign and delegate tasks to the payroll team, ensuring a balanced workload and timely completion of all payroll activities. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations, staying current on changes in legislation. Prepare and submit necessary tax filings, compliance reports, and other required documentation. Conduct regular audits of payroll procedures and records to ensure compliance and accuracy.

System Management: Maintain and update payroll systems and records, ensuring data integrity and security. Implement new payroll software or upgrades, ensuring smooth integration and minimal disruption to payroll operations.

Financial Reconciliation: Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve any discrepancies in collaboration with the finance department. Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to payroll expenses.

Employee Support and Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll-related inquiries from employees, providing timely and accurate responses. Develop and communicate payroll policies and procedures to employees, ensuring understanding and compliance.

Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve payroll processes and procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for driving B2B sales, seeking and securing a new partnership with vendors.
• Passionate and should have a keen interest in the food and beverage industry with a desire to sign up the best local and international vendors.
• Be the local market expert: You know the best restaurant & shops in Malaysia and always able to provide recommendations.
• Gather both restaurant and shops feedback, monitor competitor activity and provide recommendations for improvements to management.
• Be the brand ambassador: Conduct cold calls and walk-ins, schedule in person meetings and sell foodpanda service to potential vendors which include tiptop shops and restaurants in Malaysia.
• Exceed sales targets & performance-based goals while working independently.
