1)Fully in charge of handling bank accounts including bank reconciliation and managing the local and foreign account.

2) Analyze and prepare monthly forecast report on the company cash movement. 3)Preparing and monitoring budget for each department

The Assistant Manager, Internal Audit is responsible for assisting in developing and executing MRANTI’s strategic, risk-based internal audit plan, ensuring alignment with the organization’s goals and objectives. This role entails assisting in overseeing the internal audit function in compliance with the internal audit charter, established frameworks, and International Professional Practices Framework (IPPF) set forth by the Institute of Internal Auditors.

 The Senior Actuarial Manager will serve as the Actuarial Reporting Lead for the organisation (including its related groups of companies), primarily responsible for overseeing and managing the actuarial valuation, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance activities. •  Lead the preparation and delivery of actuarial valuations, including claims liability and premium liability for the organisation.

• Oversee the production of actuarial input for financial statements, ensuring compliance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and regulatory guidelines.

• Manage the list of service subscriptions and vendor accounts, ensuring smooth operations and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor and troubleshoot IT systems to ensure performance, security, and reliability.
• Implement and maintain robust security protocols to protect against cyber threats.
• Experience with web administration is a plus, contributing to web infrastructure management.
• Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders, ensuring IT strategies align with business objectives.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of team management experience and 5 years of IT operations.
• Experience in internal project management
• Proficient in English, Mandarin is a plus.
• Programming language of Java, Bootstrap, Framework 4.0, Jquery will be a plus.
• Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) will be a plus.
• Familiar with Visual basic, HTML, ASP Classic
• Proficiency in managing hardware, software, and network Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
