Job Scope:

1)Liaise & coordinate with architect and consultant for relevant submission and approval. 2)Prepare the trades' detailed construction schedule for the masterwork program. 3)Review various design drawings and identify discrepancies between M&E, civil and structural, architectural and interior design drawings.

1) Education: Bachelors degree or above in Engineering Management, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering or a related field.

2) Experience: Over 5 years of experience in engineering project technical management, with preference given to candidates with experience in high-rise residential projects.

3) Professional Skills: Familiarity with engineering project technical standards and specifications with the ability to resolve complex technical issues, and independently prepare construction proposals and detailed drawings.

4) Software Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD, Office and other engineering management software.

5) Personal Qualities: Strong teamwork and communication skills, high level of responsibility and the ability to work under pressure.

· 監督、協調和領導內部團隊和分包商的現場安裝和故障排除
