RESPONSIBILITIES

✍ Design and develop the respective platform codes, configurations, and unit testing.

✍ Ensure deliverables meet business requirements.

✍ Able to work with minimal supervision.

✍ Continuously resolving minor or major technical requests, inquiries, bug fixes, and complaints.

✍ Ensure all support or project activities comply with the quality assurance, audit specification, internal controls and standards.

✍ Provide up-to-date and accurate relevant documentation of changes, fixes, upgrades, enhancements of supported applications; and implementation of procedures per established standards.

REQUIREMENTS

✍ Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or relevant fields.

✍ Minimum two(2) years of solid experience in Front-End design/development.

✍ Relevant experience but not limited to HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, React JS, AJAX, and Bootstrap.

✍ Experience in REST API, Liferay platform, and Figma Developer Mode an added advantage, BUT not mandatory.

✍ Experience with the Agile Scrum development environment is an added advantage.

You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Front Office, maintaining Front Office and brand standards and maximizing the quality level of products and services to achieve the highest guest satisfaction. This will include managing the performance of the team members: designing, implementing and monitoring the impact of training (including IT systems and guest service procedures) for all Front Office team members, capturing and implementing best current practice SOPs relating to Front Office operation. Manage the functioning of all departmental team members, facilities, sales and costs, to ensure maximum departmental profit. Drive the implementation of all sales and promotional programmes of the property, taking personal responsibility for driving upselling and ensuring the team has the most up to date knowledge of the property.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience Leadership

• Oversee all aspects of the Front Office, including reception, reservations, concierge, and guest services, to ensure a warm and efficient welcome.
• Drive excellence in guest experiences by maintaining brand standards and delivering personalized, professional service at all touchpoints.
• Actively resolve guest complaints, inquiries, and requests in a timely manner, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
• Maintain a strong presence in the lobby to engage with guests, address concerns proactively, and provide leadership to the team.

Operational Excellence

• Plan, organize, and monitor daily Front Office operations to ensure smooth processes, from check-in to check-out.
• Coordinate closely with other departments, such as Housekeeping, Engineering, and Food & Beverage, to provide seamless service to guests.
• Implement and maintain effective Front Office policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and adherence to company standards.
• Ensure all systems, reports, and logs are accurately maintained for smooth operations and audit purposes.

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, motivate, and mentor the Front Office team to deliver excellent service and achieve departmental goals.
• Conduct recruitment, onboarding, training, and regular performance reviews to build a high-performing, professional team.

Financial Management

• Work closely with the Revenue and Sales teams to maximize room revenue through effective inventory management, upselling initiatives, and occupancy optimization.

• Prepare and analyze reports, including occupancy forecasts, revenue performance, and key Front Office KPIs.

Technology & Compliance

• Oversee the effective use of hotel systems (PMS) to manage reservations, guest profiles, and billing efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and hotel operational standards.
• Implement and monitor procedures to safeguard guest data and privacy, in line with company policies.
