Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Development:

• Promote and sell Joyday ice cream products to retailers,

wholesalers, and other potential clients.

• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

2. Market Expansion:

• Identify and secure new business opportunities to

expand market presence.

• Visit potential and existing customers to present

product offerings and negotiate deals.

3. Customer Relationship Management:

• Maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring

4. Product Awareness:

• Educate customers on Joyday’s diverse ice cream range

and promotional campaigns.

• Keep clients updated on new products and offers to

5. Market Insights:

• Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and

competitor activities to inform sales strategies.

• Provide regular reports on sales performance, market

conditions, and customer needs.

6. Inventory Coordination:

• Work closely with the logistics team to ensure timely

delivery and sufficient stock levels at retail outlets.

7. Administrative Duties:

• Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, invoices,

and related documentation.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and

procedures.

Job Requirements:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in the FMCG or food

industry.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated with a passion for achieving sales targets.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Possess own transport and willing to travel extensively.

Job Description:·

• To be in-charge of sales in respective region·

• Develop new customers and service existing customers.

• To achieve individual sales targets set by the company, diligently.

Job Description

• Mainly responsible in preparing Booking and General Accounting: account payables, account receivables, general ledger functions and bank reconciliation.
• Performing clerical work and interoffice support including receiving andprocessing mail.
• To assists in audit and preparation of supporting schedules.
• To handle daily and monthly billing and any administrative matter.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve Gross Profit (GP) target as set by the Management.
• Forecast Planning, develop, implement, review business plans and strategies to sustain growth and profit for product(s) as assigned.
