As a member of our Client Services Team, you will be the professional and client-centric voice of Experian Credit Services Singapore, addressing enquiries and feedback about our products and services through all communication channels. You will provide solutions in ways that best meet our customers’ requirements in accordance with our organization’s best practices and deliver best-in-class service experience to our customers. Areas of work include Customer Care Support, Customer Data Maintenance and Lead Qualification.
We are looking for a self-driven, accountable, assertive team-player with a can-do-attitude and relevant experience in Customer Service to succeed in this role. The ideal candidate must have worked in MNC / financial institutions and has demonstrated track records to overcome the complexities of working in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

What you’ll be doing
- Provide best-in-class service experience to customers through effective handling of all enquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner within committed service-level-agreement (SLA).
- Understand customer requirements, qualify, and generate leads or provide direct product recommendations, through prompt and effective communication and collaboration with different cross functional teams.

1. Perform equipment safety buy-off and drive machinery safety program;
   • Ensure all MAE is safe (according to site requirement) before release to production
   • Ensure all MAE equipped with hazard assessment and environmental impact assessment before release to production
2. Participates in the review of Machinery design and serve as advisor on safe machinery concept
3. Conduct EHS inspection /assessment and provide technical support;
4. Plan and conduct EHS related training to employee, visitor and contractor;
5. Liaises with external sources (regulatory, contractor, supplier etc) to identify, document, and facilitate compliance with various legal and business EHS related requirements.
6. Serves as company’s registered Safety and Health Officer (SHO) and fully assume the roles and responsibilities of SHO as stipulated in the law.
7. Analyze data, conduct trend analysis, apply problem solving methodology and formulate recommendation to drive continual improvement of EHS management system performance;
8. Interact with all level of people to help develop or revise organization's documented procedures & WI's
9. Analyzes loss control and accident reports; develops, implements and maintains procedures to minimize losses and or accidents.

Job Scope and Responsibilities

Maintenance Management

1. Organize routine service schedules to ensure machinery, equipment, and infrastructure are maintained efficiently.
2. Allocate tasks to contractors or liaise with internal client departments and teams for effective task execution.
3. Check, calibrate, and repair instruments to maintain operational accuracy.
4. Replace or fit new parts for equipment, plant, and buildings.
5. Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns, resolving issues or arranging for replacements to minimize downtime.
6. Conduct scheduled checks on machinery and parts, ensuring they are in optimal condition.
7. Overhaul and replace components in line with maintenance schedules.
8. Control maintenance tools, equipment, and stores to ensure readiness and functionality.
9. Monitor and manage maintenance costs to stay within budget.
10. Develop, monitor, and implement preventive maintenance programs.
11. Perform daily maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, and general repairs.
12. Coordinate and execute mechanical and electrical improvement projects for production, warehouse, plant, and building facilities.
13. Perform in-house maintenance work to reduce downtime while awaiting contractor support.

Safety and Compliance

1. Serve as the Becker Loss Prevention Coordinator, ensuring compliance and auditing according to Becker Loss Prevention Standards.
2. Act as a secretary for the safety committee and manage all documentation and coordination required by DOSH.
3. Oversee the renewal of licenses for equipment such as goods lifts and air compressors.
4. Ensure compliance with Lembaga Elektrik Negara regulations concerning electricity supply.

Environmental Compliance (DOE)

1. Maintain and update waste inventory records, including scheduled waste management in compliance with DOE requirements.
2. Coordinate with external consultants for LEV system and dust collector monitoring and submit reports to DOE as needed.
3. Ensure certification in environmental professional practices, particularly for managing scheduled waste and dust collectors.

Sustainability and Reporting

1. Compile and report on the Becker Sustainability Program, including EKPI and climate reports.

Facilities Management

1. Ensure the maintenance and efficient operation of all company facilities, including office spaces, plant areas, and buildings.
2. Oversee the issuance and maintenance of employee safety equipment, including boots and uniforms, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
3. Manage locker allocation and upkeep for employees.
4. Liaise with external vendors for maintenance and facilities-related services, ensuring timely and high-quality work.

Emergency and Ad-hoc Coordination

1. Coordinate annual and ad-hoc inspections by local authorities (e.g., Bomba, MBSA, Health Department, Customs).
2. Respond to emergency situations promptly to mitigate safety and operational risks.

Administrative Support and Documentation

1. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory, and facilities usage.
2. Prepare reports, schedule maintenance activities, and provide administrative support to the maintenance team.

SanDisk’s Penang SSD Platform Technology Development Integration (PTDI) organization is a SSD technology development group that will be embedded in SanDisk’s green-field production facility, SanDisk Storage Malaysia (SDSM) located in the new Batu Kawan Industrial Park, Penang, Malaysia. PTDI is looking for Process Module Engineer (Material/Process) to join a new team tasked with starting up a vertically integrated SSD-focused technology development team with the charter of developing new generations of SSD products for clients, enterprise, and emerging data storage solutions. The vertically integrated manufacturing capability of SDSM represents the most fundamental shift in completing the end-to-end manufacturing value chain for SanDisk’s solid-state NAND data storage products.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Defines IC package/SMT/SSD drive requirements, goals, and milestones for all SSD product groups and customer requirements.
• Develops SSD assembly and IC packaging material and processes to meet quality, reliability, cost, yield, productivity and manufacturing requirements.
• Develops new package and SMT process qualification programs.
• Prepares and/or updates specifications for piece parts of integrated circuits or semiconductor assemblies.
