PRIMARY PURPOSE: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Operator to

join our team in a fast-paced printing label manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be

responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting printing machines or handling packing/

slitting jobs at the production floor to produce high-quality labels in accordance with customer

specifications and company standards.

• Operate Printing Equipment: Set up, run, and monitor printing machines (flexographic, digital, offset, etc.) to produce labels according to production schedules and customer orders.

Your Role: Equipment Engineer - Embrace the Future of IR4.0!

Responsibilities:

• Design mechanical systems for new, or modify existing, automated machinery to automate manufacturing processes. 
• Design and specify some electrical components for custom automated industrial machines.
• Coordinate with other engineers and manufacturing and assembly to ensure design intent and cost effectiveness of production are achieved.
• Establish technical manuals, drawings, models, training documentation, preventative maintenance plans and troubleshooting guides for newly established automated equipment/processes. 
• Manage individual project budgets and schedules and routinely report progress.
• Lead, advice, and train more junior engineers.
• Ability to self-direct on projects and tasks and the ability to manage a team. 
• Develop machine and manning timing plans for new production equipment /processes.

Requirements:

• Empower Your Expertise: Minimum Degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical or equivalent.
• Proven Track Record: Preferable with minimum of 2 years in a related field. (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Location Flexibility: Ready to make an impact in Senawang.
• Tech-Savvy: Bonus points if you're well-versed in PLC programming, Visual Basic, C programming, SQL, or Python.
