Reporting to Head of Sales Excellence of Region AA, you will play an important role of providing the analysis on how we can make our distribution in the market becomes more effective and efficient. You will need to come up with a model and framework on how we want to expand our distribution in the region that can support our long-term growth target.

The distribution framework must support our country sales organizations across Asia, Middle East and Africa in engaging with our customers, which based on strategic partnerships, supported by data you developed our performance-based distribution partnerships.

The responsibility of this role will be as below :

• Analyse sales data in the region Asia, Middle East and Africa on channel mix and provide recommendations to optimize our go to market approach for the region.
• Develop overall go to market approach for the region based on the analysis above.
• Define leading measures and KPIs to the approach and framework.

Key Deliverables

These are the minimum results expected from Sales Operations:

The Pre-Sales and Post-Sales Support Associate within the Strategic Analytics and Insights (SAI) team plays a vital role as the key liaison between Commercial, Finance, and Sales teams. As a Sales Advisor, you’ll always put customers first, offer assistance, and share your product and fashion knowledge. To take responsibility as part of the goods flow team for the completion of the replenishment process in the most efficient, commercial and safe way possible before the store opens. In addition, secure the goods flow operations necessary for preparing/picking orders for customers.

• Contribute to the highest goods availability for customers by the correct and on-time execution of the store goods flow tasks.
• Perform effectively the store goods flow operation and administrative tasks.
• Work according to inventory and administrative guidelines to maintain the data integrity of the inventory in order to maximise product availability for customers.

• Coordinate and manage all tenant fit-out and reinstatement between internal and external parties.
• Monitor and review submission of tenant design for full compliance with IPC Shopping Centre’s standard on design guideline, local legislation requirement and Ikano risk requirement, while adhering to fit-out schedule.
• Close liaison with leasing and facilities management on new tenant as well as tenant’s change request.
• Review and manage continuous improvement with respect to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) i.e. Fit-Out Manual, relevant forms / checklist.
• Incumbent is to be fully accountable on all aspects of tenants’ fit-out works (from receiving of update from leasing, design submission until renovation work at site) while adhering to accomplishing within the stipulated challenging timeline.
• Responsible for fit-out gap finding and remedy closure amid pre-opening inspection.
• Sourcing of quotation, preparation of purchase order and invoice submission to Finance for ad-hoc works which are related to landlord provision.
• To keep up-to-date filing of fit-out related matters.
• Handling of contractor work permit approval, documentation and filing.
• Key person representative of the company on fit-out related matters between the company and the tenant.
• Other ad-hoc assignment as required.

• Perform day-to-day Helpdesk responsibilities including responding IT requests, Troubleshooting, and new joiner On-Boarding
• Manage and maintain all IT Infrastructure such as Hardware, Software and Network
• Responsible for new equipment or product of IT system set-up and performing preventive maintenance and calibration (including project implementation and coordination)
• Basic network/server setup and troubleshooting
• Support on Installation, Maintenance, Troubleshoot on Hardware, Software, Network, Server and Printers
• Maintained IT Hardware, Software audit and IT Hardware disposal records
