A Sales Advisor is responsible for delivering the best customer experience that contributes to the store’s sales and profit. As a Sales Advisor, you’ll always put customers first, offer assistance, and share your product and fashion knowledge. Key Responsibilities

PURCHASING

• Payments to Suppliers: Provide invoices & supporting documents to Finance team for processing.

• Orders Status: Monitors and follow up with suppliers for delivery dates.

LOGISTICS

• Shipping documents: Obtain relevant documents from suppliers (Commercial Invoice & Packing List), freight forwarders

(Airway Bill, Bill of Lading) & clearance agents (Import Permit).

• Coordinating & liaising with internal stakeholders & freight forwarders for all shipments.

• Goods receipt: Creates Incoming Shipment Notification (ISN) for warehouse to perform goods receiving.

QUALITY SUPPORT

• Defining quality objectives, policies, and procedures.

• Identify the root causes of NCRs and work with suppliers to resolve them.
