We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized individual to join our team as an Admin cum Accountant. This role combines administrative support with accounting responsibilities, and we are seeking someone who is proficient in both areas to help ensure smooth operations of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Duties:

• Manage office supplies, equipment, and general administrative tasks.
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications.
• Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare and maintain office documents, reports, and files.
• Coordinate with different departments and external vendors as required.
• Handle correspondence, drafting letters, and managing office documents.

Accounting Duties:

• Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping.
