About the Job 

• Lead the end-to-end product development process, taking ownership from ideation to launch for the rewards related products assigned to you. 
• Spearhead the development and enhancement of rewards features, collaborating closely with engineering teams and product designers to build the solutions. 
• Engage directly with customers or internal stakeholders to translate their requirements into actionable product features, steering prioritization and roadmap development. 
• Define and prioritize short and long-term product goals, ensuring clear communication with the team and stakeholders. 
• Collaborate closely with software engineers, product designers, operations, legal, compliance, and analytics teams. 
• Establish a comprehensive monitoring framework 
• Design and implement KPIs and metrics to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of the rewards processes. 
• Conduct regular analysis of rewards data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement. 
• Establish clear success metrics and support teams in achieving them. 

Requirements 

• Previous experience working as a Product Manager within rewards, loyalty programs, fintech, or financial services domains. 
• 2-4+ years of product management experience, with a preference for candidates who have worked closely with software engineers and have a good understanding of software development practices and system design. 
• Good level of knowledge on APIs (REST, JSON). 
• Comfortable working with data and utilizing it to make informed decisions. 
• Work with UX researchers and designers to ensure the product or feature provides a seamless and intuitive user experience. 
• Ability to cultivate strong relationships with diverse stakeholders. 
• Capable of transforming incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into actionable plans. 
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with a strong command of the English language.

About the Role:

• Driving software quality and efficiency within our organization
• Designing test strategies, leading testing teams, and implementing best practices to enhance overall software quality.

What You'll Do:

Test Case Execution:  

• Execute test cases based on project requirements and test plans.  
• Follow pre-designed test cases or develop own cases to test various functionalities of the bank’s digital mobile platform and other solutions.  
• Conduct both manual and automated testing to validate software functionality.  
• Document test results and report defects to the development team. 
• Assist in setting up and maintaining testing environments and testing automation tools by administering configuration and troubleshooting tasks.  

Defect Tracking and Reporting:  

• Identify, document, and track software defects using issue tracking systems.  
• Provide detailed defect reports to assist developers in understanding and resolving issues. Communicate bugs clearly and concisely, providing detailed information for easy understanding and resolution.  
• Collaborate with the team to verify bug fixes and ensure the closure of reported issues. 

Regression and Performance Testing:  

• Conduct regression testing to ensure that new software changes do not adversely affect existing functionality, and performance testing to ensure the solution platform is able to withstand high workloads  
• Develop and maintain regression/performance test suites for different software applications.  

Test Documentation:  

• Create and maintain test documentation, including test cases, test scripts, and test data.  
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of test plans and test strategies.  
• Update test cases status, log testing efforts and maintain testing artefacts  

Collaboration:  

• Work closely with engineers, product managers, testing providers, system integrators and other stakeholders to understand project requirements. 
•  Analyze and clarify testing requirements with project managers, product team and engineers  
• Participate in team meetings to discuss testing progress, challenges, and potential improvements.  
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns. 

 Automation Support:  

• Assist in the development and maintenance of automated test scripts. Collaborate with automation engineers to identify test cases suitable for automation.  
• Adherence to Quality Standards:  
• Ensure adherence to established quality standards and processes.  
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies. 

What We're Seeking:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information System or a related field preferred; or with equivalent work experience together with professional certifications.  
• Relevant certifications in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) are a plus. Minimum 3 years’ working experience in a software testing team, with some experience related to end-to-end testing for large scale and major technology projects. Experienced in test planning, test design, and test execution. 
•  Experienced in both manual and automated testing. Familiar with testing standards, tools, processes, and frameworks in Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies and with at least one programming languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Python, Ruby, Groovy) for test automation. 
•  A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to high quality.  
• Excellent analytics and problem-solving skills Knowledge of version control systems and continuous integration tools.  
• Good communication skills to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.  
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. 
• Good domain knowledge of digital banking front-end or core banking applications. 
• Experience in managing testing on Digital platforms will be an added advantage.  
• Good cross-department communication and coordination skills, with an inquisitive mindset to ensure project implementation according to requirements in complex business and environmental situations.

About the Role

As a Head of Design or Head, Product Design, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our product design team. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of the financial industry.

Requirements 

• Mastered all aspects of the product design, such as crafting, pitching, managing, operations. Able to be hands on too when needed. 
• Able to lead on project level, product level and organisation level. 
• Solid experience to lead and inspire a diverse team of product designers, UX writers and researchers.  
• Mentoring, coaching team to bring out the best in them. 
• Be responsible not just on product design but for every customer touchpoint: OOH, key visuals.. etc. 
• Build rapport with every product owners within the organisation. Plus non product areas such as legal, compliance. Able to resolve issues and nuances of day to day business challenges.   
• Able to navigate ambiguity, solve difficult problems, finding solutions, and providing an actionable plan.

• At least 20 years of experience in the design industry.

The role 

This is a mid-senior role, you’ll work closely with the design manager, product manager to research, understand user needs and explore and design solutions with wireframes, flows and mockups to build prototypes. Subsequently with product market fit, shift towards hi-fidelity designs to build a functional product with the engineering team. 

You'll drive projects big and small, assess problems, take ownership, find solutions, and see things through to delivery with autonomy. You'll communicate clearly with your colleagues and lend a helping hand when needed. 

Requirements 

• A solid understanding of design craft, design principles and how to evaluate design success. 
• A good communicator, as you’ll be in a cross functional team. 
• Well verse in tools like Adobe suite, Figma, plus be able to pick up new tools if it necessary to get the job done. 
• Have previously shipped product. 
• Knowledge of the guidelines and standards for creating desktop, web and mobile based applications. 
• Design system and their implementation, to ensure consistency across products/brand. 
• Appreciation of UX, interaction, animation and motion design and how this can applied to enhance the overall experience. 
• Able to adapt and iterate designs based on new user insights, scope changes, or technical limitations. 

Qualifications 

• 4+ year's experience in product design. 
• Have a portfolio to showcase work.
