Requirements

• Possess a degree or diploma in HR, business administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience and with a minimum of 3 years in managerial capacity in the manufacturing environment.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.

• Successful HR practitioner with strong knowledge of the Employment Act, Malaysia Labour Law, and other relevant legislation.

Requirements

Responsibility

• Handle daily accounting functions and monthly closing activities including preparation and processing of month end journals
• Handle full set of accounts include GL, AP, AR, monthly reporting, statements of accounts.
• Ensure proper maintenance of records, documents and filing to support all accounting entries.
• Assist to produce and submission of accurate analyst reports (Profit & Loss, Budget, Cost Recovery, Billing/Collection and Cash Flow Status)

Job Description:

• Follow procedures to processing new business/plan application, enter detail and accurate information, and create account accordingly in the company Software Tools
• To perform and ensure the risks are accessed in accordance with the company guidelines and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements, and determine whether to accept, modify or decline the application.
• Process all necessary Know Your Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD)
• Evaluate all products by assessing the risks according to company guidelines and regulations.

Job purpose

The Administration Executive will provide comprehensive, quality administrative and support services within a department. You’ll need to ensure smooth and efficient running of the department in all administrative matters.

Duties and responsibilities

1. Provide administrative support and assistance to ensure smooth operations to all department.
2. Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews.
3. Assist in the Product Department including sending samples for lab test and follow-up.
