Roles

Lead the design, implementation and execution of system integration projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets and quality standards.
Developing and control the full project-plan lifecycle and identify project responsibilities, delegating phases and elements, acquire necessary research and materials or tools, project site evaluation for project execution.
Clarify and communicate project scope of supply, explain engineering design, process flow diagram and plans with customers confidently and precisely.
Conduct site visits to assess client needs, conduct installations and deliver training sessions to end-users on system operation and maintenance best practices.
Produce detail engineering design on the process according to respective standard (GEP and GMP) and create process flow diagram, layouts, 3D drawing and effective presentation on processes via FDS, Functional Design Specification.
Works closely with internal and external stakeholders to execute project plans according to project requirements, standard, quality and safety compliance, local authorities, third party inspection, process warranty and after sales services.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including technical specifications, schematics and user manuals.
Perform maintenance on the process equipment and restore equipment to normal operating condition and produce service report.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients, addressing issues related to system performance, maintenance and upgrades.
Assist customers to plan intervals of preventive maintenance, spare parts inventory, analyse risk and recommend consumable and critical spare parts purchase.

Qualifications

1. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any related engineering field.

2. Fresh graduate or 2 years of experience in any engineering field.

3. Strong interpersonal skills and confident.

4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work comfortably with people at all levels.

5. Results-oriented, self-motivated, energetic, professional, reliable, and a team player.

6. In-dept technical knowledge in engineering field.

7. Technical minded, attentive learner and detail-oriented.

Education

Experience

Experience in managing and updating websites, including familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Wix, or similar platforms).
Excellent marketing skills with a solid understanding of lead generation strategies, branding, and customer engagement.
Demonstrated negotiation and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders effectively.

The DGM organization (since 1987) is devoted to training, consulting and to any other service related to safety in production, storage, handling & transport of dangerous goods in any class and any mode of transport.

All of DGM’s activities are performed in accordance with the global safety standards; the rules and regulations of IATA/ICAO – IMO – ADR – RID, for the safe handling and transport of hazardous goods.

DGM is qualified to prepare and sign Shipper’s Declarations for air transport on behalf of shippers and/or freight forwarders. DGM also arranges ADR or IMDG paperwork for dangerous goods which are shipped as air cargo, but are carried by road on airline air waybills, or which must connect to ferry services (IATA/ICAO rules, versus ADR road, versus the IMO/IMDG maritime rules & regulations)

The “E license “a legal entity which, instead of private persons, institutes or other legal entities, acts as shipper and packer, and assumes all relevant legal responsibilities of the original shipper”

DGM qualified and was awarded with the first “E” – excellent –license by Minister of Transport in the Netherlands in 1998. The “E” license empowers DGM to act on behalf of the actual shipper but assuming his legal liabilities. Nowadays the “E” license, the nucleus of DGM’s global services, forms the basic of the many DGM companies around the world.

DGM Support (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. (676117-U) was incorporated on 23rd December 2004 and holds comprehensives licenses for training, packing, handling and transport of any hazard class of dangerous goods by sea, land and air.
