We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Office Operations cum Account Executive to join our team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for managing the daily office operations while also handling key accounting tasks. • Monitor the establishment and maintenance of a safe and health working conditions in a workplace.
• To conduct investigation into any accidents at site and submit a report to Headquarters.
• To develop project safety plan, implement and generate monthly report.
• Liaise with relevant authorities and work closely with the site team on workplace safety, health and environmental issues to maintain high level of safety and housekeeping at project site.
• Technically competent and able to manage the overall safety and health activities within the assigned project site.
• Perform any other project duties as assigned by Superior.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years working experience in CONSTRUCTION sector.
• SSS with valid valid YELLOE BOOK / JKKP registration.
• Good knowledge and experience to liaise with all relevant authorities and the requirements including CIDB, JKKP & etc.

• Able to work independently and possess good initiative.
• Good interpersonal skills and communicate well with all parties in the project.

What’s your Responsibilities?

HR Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Onboarding:

   - Managing job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
