As an adjunct trainer at SHATEC, you will be responsible for delivering and facilitating engaging learning experiences for our students. This position typically operates on a contract basis, allowing you to contribute your expertise and industry knowledge to the classroom.

As part of your role, you will collaborate closely with other trainers and academic staff to deliver training sessions using effective teaching methods, up-to-date course materials, and well-structured lesson plans. In addition to instructional duties, adjunct trainers also provide guidance, mentorship, and career advice to students, fostering a positive learning environment and encouraging desirable attitudes and behaviours. Your contribution in imparting both technical skills and essential soft skills, such as communication, plays a crucial role in preparing students for the demands and challenges of our industry.

Minimum Qualification and Work Experience Required:

• Degree holder from a recognised educational institution along with at least 3-5 years related industry experience at a supervisory/managerial level. ACTA/ACLP or DACE is a pre-requisite.
• Excellent command of English and a team player who is able to to collaborate with all stakeholders as a team player
• Proficiency in utilizing essential computer software applications for effective course delivery, such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel and related Education Technology tool.
• Show a genuine passion for nurturing learners throughout their learning journey.

Responsibilities:

· Creation/maintenance of social media accounts or digital marketing platforms

· Simple social media engagement with public on a regular daily basis. Create & update monthly product promotion price list, brochure to distribute marketing materials to all the customers via email and other social media platform.

· Assisting events department to ensure events can effectively engage existing clientele base

· Brain-storming of ideas and strategies for client retention through marketing channels

· Identify open opportunities and strategies to increase reach to potential clients

· Assist in marketing communications, including maintenance of websites and social media platforms

· Ad-hoc administrative and sales support duties as assigned

• Maintain and manage company’s e-com website and APP
• Plan and manage demand and supply of company's merchandise with relevant vendors and customers
• Update and monitor merchandise stock movement
• Create and update marketing content in the company’s e-commerce platform and APPs - latest news, events, promotions
• Provide customer service for in-APP redemption of merchandise.
• Forecast profits/sales and plan budget and pricing strategy
• Process purchase order, new item creation and invoice generation
• Prepare insightful reports on merchandise sales/redemption
• Manage distributors, dealers and stakeholders on the reward APP's functionality
• Support marketing team with content management and creation

Requirements:

· Minimum 2- 3 year (Full of working experience preferred (Full Timer)

· Should be degree holder or above in Marketing and relevant

· Good communication and able to converse fluently in English & Mandarin also presentation skills is a plus

· Should be comfortable working independently, possessing a self-motivated spirit and at the same time, excel as a positive team player because ultimately teamwork wins

· Should be a creative individual who not only enjoys engaging people, but also someone who likes to challenge themselves to plan and execute strategic thinking activities to identify opportunities for the company

· Receiving, handling and converting Meetings, Events and Group enquiries

· Planning events in conjunction with the client.

· Presenting and selling available and suitable Multi – Functional Space, Meeting Room & VIP Room / event options to the highest possible standard.

· Contact customer by mail, telephone for site inspections

· Ensure the complete administration and execution of all planned events

· Identify need periods and undertake comprehensive program of sales activity to secure new adhoc business minimizing the impact of low activity periods

· Actively manage business bookings, record denial, make network referrals.
