Create and Schedule Rebates and GPO Admin Fee reporting in business objects for customer transparency
Partner with Account Management and Compliance teams to ensure customer are prioritized and addressed accurately and in a timely manner
Work with Manager on more complicated customer setup activities

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Business Energy Solution space for a Senior Finance Analyst, to be based in our Sydney or Melbourne office.
About the Role:
The Senior Finance Analyst role is instrumental in the build-up of the Budget, Forecast and Plan as well as ensuring all month end, half year and full year accounting and financial reporting requirements are delivered on time with a high standard.
This role will report on financial performance and results, providing analysis on drivers of variances. They will also have a thorough understanding of the business unit(s) they support and they will assist with financial analysis to provoke change and improve the overall performance of the business unit(s).
What you’ll be doing:
Provide excellent support to key stakeholders, establishing and maintaining effective relationships, gaining their trust and respect
Perform the build up and upload of Budget, Forecast and Plan
Undertake all month end, half year and full year accounting and financial reporting requirements
Analyse, interpret and correct anomalies across Gross Margin, OPEX and D&A as well as investigate and report on key variances
Manage progress of capital projects and expenditure
Provide advice on accounting treatment for various transactions in the business unit(s)
Provide input into the Board and Management accounts
Perform other ad hoc requirements upon request in an accurate, efficient and timely manner
What you’ll bring to the table:
Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance or related business discipline.
CA/CPA qualifications
Relevant practical experience in an accounting level role in similar or related businesses.
Previous experience in gross margin build up and a thorough understanding of working capital and project accounting
Proven business partnering and influencing skills
Applied skills in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Advanced knowledge and application of an integrated IT financial system, such as SAP.
Demonstrated superior analytical and conceptual skills.
Proven experience in handling multiple responsibilities and meeting strict deadlines.
Professional presentation and interpersonal skills.
Motivated, self-starter with flexible and collaborative work style.

The Finance Manager position is a leading role within the Finance organization. The candidate will be part of the Prepared Foods Bacon/TCS group supporting growth initiatives across Prepared Foods. This position will be part of the BU's leadership team and will demonstrate strong business partnerships with a co-pilot relationship with the business unit managers. This individual will be responsible for the month-end close reporting monthly forecast LE annual budget AOP Strategic Long-Range Plan for the BU within the Retail Prepared segment of Tyson Foods as well as supporting Innovation initiatives within the Prepared Foods segment. All of the above activities are performed with an ownership mindset in a dynamic team environment demonstrating close collaboration within the Finance team and with cross-functional partners.
Essential Duties Responsibilities:
- Manage the month-end close process for the Breakfast Sausage/Sandwich Non-Branded MBU to ensure the highest level of accuracy analysis and appropriate expense recognition. Analyze variances to plan Create monthly and annual financial forecasts for the entire P L in close coordination with cross-functional partners including Marketing SS P and Supply Chain. Present results to brand team Finance VP and BU GM Gather and analyze information to determine risks and opportunities in the annual budget and monthly forecast. Drive and own the Strategic Plan financials for the business unit. Support and develop business case recommendations and financial model projections for key innovation initiatives with marketing and cross-functional team specific on ad-hoc initiatives and requests including but not limited to: Pricing analysis Incremental trade funding requests S OP participant including Demand Drivers and Consensus and provide volume bridging support Cost savings initiatives and capital improvement requests.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required
- MBA desired
- 5 plus years experience in Finance Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong communication organization data accuracy problem-solving and presentation skills
- Experience with SAP BI
