What does the Support Lead do?
Under the leadership of the Store Manager/Leader and Customer Service Manager, assists with direction of the Front End Lead(s) (if applicable) and sales associates of the store while the Manager on Duty. The Support Lead is responsible for all key functions of the store as directed. The Support Lead is also responsible to “Wow the Customer”, assist with front end operations, cash management, cleanliness, safety, and driving sales.

Patient Access describes a multi-disciplinary function that is carried out at the point of service areas of the medical office. Patient Access Representatives perform front office duties under the general direction of the Clinical/Practice Manager or designee. These duties include, but are not limited to, greeting patients and visitors; verifying patients’ demographic and insurance information; registering patients; obtaining necessary signatures; determining patients’ out-of-pocket expense, collecting and documenting patient payments and/or financial counseling as appropriate; scheduling appointments; ensuring patient flow; switchboard; and medical records management. Primarily responsible for working with customers interested in identifying and obtaining permanent FHA/VA and conventional mortgage loans and other residential mortgage programs that best meet the customer’s financial needs and objectives, and adhering to the requirements of federal registration under the SAFE Act.

Experience: One to two years maintenance experience. Knowledge of janitorial equipment and maintenance procedures.
Essential Functions:
Conduct general maintenance of resident units and common areas including carpentry, painting and other general repairs.
Prepare vacant units for move-in, including, but not limited to, painting, cleaning.
Perform and arranges scheduled preventative maintenance and cleaning. Completes inspections and tests and maintains logs and records reflecting results.
Perform maintenance on all security systems, fire alarms, and door locks.
Adhere to schedule and takes assigned on call duties as directed.
Perform landscaping duties (lawn mowing, hedge trimming, bed maintenance) as needed. Maintain grounds, parking lots, and driveways, and walkways
