Coordinate student access to holistic services inclusive of student services and support, tutoring, counseling, disability resources, health services, financial aid, and registration. Organize co-curricular programming and professional development opportunities according to the students’ needs and desires. Work closely with the Assistant Dean of Students for Campus Life and Academic Leadership to assess, communicate, and meet students’ non-academic needs. Also, responsible for providing primarily virtual communication while engaging students through various online platforms to personalize their learning experience. In addition, person will be share responsibility for assessing services annually to make improvement in meeting students’ needs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Personal Hygiene:

• Demonstrates proper hand hygiene

• Changes gloves as appropriate and between tasks as appropriate

• Hairnet or cap worn at all times

Sanitation:

• Maintains a clean and sanitary work environment throughout shift

• Sets up and maintains green (soap) and red (sanitizer) buckets throughout shift

• Spills wiped up immediately

• Food and objects on floor picked up immediately

• Cleans and sanitizes salad bar at scheduled times

• Cleans and sanitizes all counter tops in the serving area

• Cleans and sanitizes all machines and coolers

• Cleans and sanitizes all tables and seats in cafe during and after each main meal service time

• Empties trash cans as needed

Food Safety:

• Follows safe food handling guidelines

• Applies ServSafe training to task completion throughout shift

• Cools food to standard temperature in correct timeframe

• Discards outdated food, records on NonConforming Product Log, and informs supervisor

• Checks food temperature at least every four hours and maintains temperature logs throughout shift

Stocking and Rotation:

Food Preparation:

• Prep work is complete and timely

• Prepares food to meet existing standards for quality, freshness, taste and appearance

• Reports any food concerns to supervisor

• Wraps, dates and rotates items daily; alerts supervisor of issues

Cash Register:

• Counts drawer before start of shift and informs supervisor if a discrepancy is noted

• Runs register with accuracy; cash drawer balance reconciles with sales

• Prints End of Shift report each shift

Other Duties:

• Demonstrates willingness and follows through with other assigned duties

Job Purpose:

The Data Center Solutions Engineer role recommends solutions and strategies, based on the analysis of customer business goals, objectives, needs, and existing systems infrastructure. The contracts manager oversees the review and the approval of all contractual documents for protection of the company´s contractual posture, response to customer requirements and adherence to TD SYNNEX`s policies.

Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union is currently recruiting candidates for our Consumer Lending Internship program located at our Live Oak Administrative Service Center.  The intern selected for this position will work with the Credit Risk Analyst Team within the Consumer Lending Underwriting Department. The selected intern will gain exposure to querying large data sets and interpreting that data to develop clear and concise recommendations and present findings.

Within the duration of the internship, each student will meet regularly with their RBFCU mentor to receive guidance, support, and feedback. Each intern will receive a final evaluation to assess their performance, review goals, and discuss developmental needs.
