Maintenance coordinators are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a building’s maintenance department. They commonly work with contractors, vendors and other outside parties to ensure that all equipment and systems are functioning properly. He / She may also be tasked with developing new procedures or policies related to their area of responsibility.
