Job Description :

• To manage & monitor the maintenance and repair activities for all maintenance discipline (Inspection, Rotating, Static, Electrical & Instrumentations) to ensure continues serviceability, reliability, and safe Terminal operation.
• Continuously review, evaluate, and enhance the effectiveness of maintenance programme (Preventive, predictive) to minimize the equipment breakdown and optimize the maintenance cost through the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). 
• To consolidate, review and monitor annual OPEX and sustainability CAPEX budget for Maintenance Section and ensure budget expenditure within agreed budget and schedule.
• Manage the spare inventory requirements and ensure that sufficient minimum levels of spare parts are available as per critical asset list. 
• To review standard operating procedure (SOP), work instruction (WI), training module, monitor and evaluate effectiveness training programme for develop competency of maintenance staffs.
• To liaise with internal staff & external parties such as local authorities, neighbours, consultants, contractors & vendors in carrying out the above activities. 
• To lead machinery/installation root cause failure analysis (RCFA) and review  investigation report within required timeframe.

 Expected Level of Proficiency:

• Education: Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Maintenance Management or equivalent related courses.
• Minimum 15 years of working experience in the petrochemical/chemical industry.
• Good knowledge in Terminal or Plant operation (i.e. Pressure Vessel, Tanks, Rotating Equipment, Marine Equipment System, Electrical Equipment, DCS and Maintenance Management System.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, industry standards, and best practices.

Job Brief:

Maintenance coordinators are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a building’s maintenance department. They commonly work with contractors, vendors and other outside parties to ensure that all equipment and systems are functioning properly. He / She may also be tasked with developing new procedures or policies related to their area of responsibility. This might include anything from creating checklists for routine inspections to establishing guidelines for handling emergency situations. Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for the maintenance and general upkeep of equipment, facilities, project, energy saving, planning/milestone and report.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop training format plan conduct or involve on the job training sessions for department employees.
2. Delegating maintenance tasks to the rest of the team and finding relevant vendors and service providers.
3. To assist to do report inventory par store keep in track, general item and ordering.
4. To check and updates daily work order and project status.
5. To keep update attendance/absent record and submit to HR.
6. Developing maintenance plans and implementing them.
7. Ensuring quality control standards are consistently met.
8. Keeping track of supply and material inventories. Ensure Par Stock in store is always keep in track. Will do regular inventory surprise check.
9. Updating maintenance logs for all equipment and machinery.
10. Assessing procedures and making recommendations for improvement

Job Requirements:

• Diploma with related field
• Minimum 2 Year in administration
• Microsoft Office
• Excel
• Good in English and Bahasa.
• Knowledge in basic engineering would be advantage.
