Job Description: Biomedical Science Research Programme Instructor

Position Overview: We are seeking highly qualified and experienced instructors to lead Biomedical Science Research Programme for JC1 students. • Execute microbiological tests following established SOPs, aligned with relevant standards and regulatory mandates.
• Provide supervision to QC Technicians, guiding them through microbiological testing processes.
• Maintain a ready supply of lab materials to facilitate uninterrupted testing.
• Lead laboratory investigations for out-of-specification results and environmental monitoring findings. Collaborate with process owners to determine root causes and implement corrective/preventive measures.
• Ensure proper validation of equipment and testing methods to sustain accuracy.
• Offer support in aseptic processes and validation activities associated with sterilization.
• Update SOPs to align with evolving standards and regulatory requisites.
• Facilitate external audits by certification bodies and regulatory inspections.
• Innovate and automate testing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Oversee and guide the production and engineering teams to maintain high hygiene standards and avert microbial contamination.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Life Science or related field
• At least 3 years relevant experience in Micro Lab
• Experience with ISO 13485 is an added advantage
