Job Description
Primary Role & Responsibilities:
International Shipping - Work with the logistics team to:
· Prepare and issue purchase orders to international / Singapore suppliers, including making confirmations, amendments and payments (in cooperation with Finance Department);
· Obtaining shipping / air freight quotes for incoming/outgoing shipments;
· Ensure import documentation and approvals are obtained from relevant authorities;
· Coordinate with Vendor on shipping documents for custom clearance and cargo release.
· Management of importation permits and customs declarations to minimize and eradicate cargo any possible cargo clearance delay;
· Working with the bonded ware-house facility on the timely and proper receipt of goods;
· Updating the in-house ERP system on stock movements;
· Timely update and good maintenance of SKU information (supplier’s product code, internal product code, alcohol % & special purchase instruction) within the company’s ERP System
· Report status of shipments and arrivals to Director and Sales Team;
· Generate depletion and forecast reports for review by the Director;
Secondary Role & Responsibilities:
Singapore Delivery / Warehouse Management - Work with Logistics and Finance team members to:
· Reply to customer E-mails / Whatsapp orders;
· Schedule orders for delivery by area and delivery driver (in-house / 3rdparty);
· Track status of order and delivery schedules;
· Track incoming goods from 3PL warehouse;
· Liaise with Sales Team on inventory availability;
· Keep track of inventory levels, product expiry dates, returns / damages;
· Verify receipt of items against items ordered and where required resolve errors / discrepancies with local suppliers;
· Work with team to ensure stock levels are adequate and work with the Finance team to ensure that physical stock is adequately accounted for.
Job requirements
· Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Logistics management or the equivalent;
· 3 or more years of relevant working experience in the related field is required;
· Good command of English and working knowledge of Mandarin and Malay would be plus
· Knowledge of Freight Forwarding, Customs regulations for Duty Free / Duty Paid Products is a plus;
· Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications preferred. On the job training with respect to the company’s ERP system will be provided;
· Proactive, diligent and responsible character.

Additional Info:
· 5-day work week. 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday (limited flexi work arrangements possible);
· Additional allowance / time off will be provided for employees who are able to work half day on Saturday or Sunday morning (online plat-form fulfilment);
