- To ensure all company assets, office supplies and general housekeeping are adequately maintained, serviced and secured.
- In charge of maintaining accurate records of the said assets which includes company vehicles & hostels.
- Responsible for managing and ordering of office supplies, stationeries and consumables.
- In charge of maintenance issues in the office. i.e. monthly pest control, air cond cleaning & servicing, faulty furniture / electrical items are fixed.
- To ensure cleanliness and tidiness within the office, pantry, meeting room and reception area.
- Monitoring the cleaner to ensure she fulfill the job requirements
- Coordinate the dispatch and courier services together with the Receptionist.
- Coordinate and manage company drivers schedule and journey management.
- Monitor office expenses against the approved yearly budget on a monthly basis and prepare Admin Expenses Report.
