Repair, install, replace, and service different systems and equipment

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

• Inspecting buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues.
• Repairing faulty equipment units and damaged structures.
• Developing and implementing preventative maintenance procedures.
• Managing heating and plumbing systems to guarantee functionality.
• Planning and scheduling repairs.
• Conducting periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard.

Maintenance Technician Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology, or a relevant field is preferred.
• A minimum of 4-5 years experience in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Advanced understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.
• Physically capable and available to work overtime including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
• Effective problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be well-organized and have the ability to prioritize tasks.

EXPERIENCE IN TROUBLESHOOTING/REPAIRING CANON BLACK & WHITE IR ADV 4251, IR ADV 4551, IR ADV 6575 AND COLOUR PHOTOCOPIERS IR ADV C5255, C3530, C5560. SHOULD HAVE IT KNOWLEDGE TO LINK MACHINES TO COMPUTERS. TROUBLESHOOT THE SCAN ISSUE TO EMAIL AND SCAN TO FOLDER. DRIVING LICENCE WILL BE AN ADDED ADVANTAGE.

Support Production in Testing.

Help up in soldering trouble shooting, Tester Set up, Modify test script.

Perform evaluation and testing on rejects relating to quality issue.

Assis Engineer in consulting test and debug data, maintenance records and repair analysis.

3) Perform air-con repair work (replace compressor, PCB, recharging gas, testing and commissioning)

Qualification

1) prefer at least 2 years working experience in air con sector

2) knowledge of all type of system (single split, multi split. VRV system

3) able to communicate and writing in English

Requirements

Possess a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience as a Business Analyst.

At least 3 years experience working on Govtech project.

Experience in Agile (Scrum) projects will be an added advantage.

Experience in Salesforce and possessing Salesforce certifications will be an added advantage

Experience with web-based and business process software systems implementation.

Good understanding of UI/UX concepts and experience in HTML, CSS and JavaScript for rapid prototyping is a plus.
