What you will do:
The Sprinkler Inspector II is responsible for meeting customer expectations while performing quality inspections, performing quality NFPA 25 inspections.
How you will do it:
Perform routine inspections, testing, servicing, installing and preventative maintenance of life safety product lines as well as similar competitive manufacturer's product line.
Learn to complete Service Acknowledgements with proper coding through communication devices, such as laptop computers and/or hard copy.
Follow and maintain a highly structured inspection schedule.
Input, retrieve and archive inspection documentation program via the laptop computer.
Make minor repairs to fire sprinkler systems.
Complete assigned inspections on time.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Travel 50% to eastern Washington to Northern Idaho
What we look for:
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
1-2 years documented experience in sprinkler systems preferred
Able to obtain and retain any licenses that are required by National, State and Local codes.
Experience with hand tools.
Experience with wet, dry, pre-action, deluge, fire pumps, and foam systems
Demonstrates an aptitude for troubleshooting systems and performing necessary repairs.
Capable of performing physical labor to include carrying and moving equipment and tools up to 50-70 lbs.

This role will be the primary point of contact for US Market Transport (MT) compliance with EHS/ESG and GSC Global Sustainability requirements.
This role will support and grow the MT Sustainability capability through industry benchmarking, tracking/visibility using IMEx processes and tools, and provide project management for MT projects.
This role supports daily operations and is the primary contact for Logistic Center and Customer Service stakeholders.
This role also directly supports the other MT capabilities (Enablement, Systems, Compliance, Freight Audit and Pay).
Market Transport Sustainability primary point of contact:
Lead the MT Sustainability capability and work directly with EHS/ESG and GSC Global Sustainability colleagues to ensure compliant CO2e reporting.
Accountability for supporting CO2e reduction projects through project management and thought leadership.
Work directly with transportation suppliers to identify CO2e reduction pilots and develop the business case for LT consideration.
Incorporate CO2e reduction methodologies into MT business practices and processes.
Support and grow the Market Transport Sustainability capability:

JOB SUMMARY:
The Quality Manufacturing Representative’s primary functions are to assure manufacturing operations meet the quality system requirements, product is released to sterilization and shipping after review of documentation and assisting Quality engineers with quality issues. This position will also provide training, guidance, and input on quality issues to the manufacturing floor. This position will also audit compliance to the quality policy and procedures. The incumbent will participate in continuous improvement and other plant initiatives as needed in support of business goals. This position reports directly to a Quality Engineer.
HOURS: 7AM - 7PM
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Performs review of manufacturing documentation
Releases product to the next stage of manufacturing or shipping
Follows up on manufacturing issues with appropriate parties
Perform complete inspection of product according to applicable specifications
Reports issues to the Quality Engineers and assist as needed with quality related issues
Document all inspections as required
Update all reports and databases as required for reporting and tracking purposes
Possess knowledge of Quality System Regulations
Ensure manufacturing associates are properly trained using documented inspection techniques
Must perform duties and maintain knowledge to conduct inspections and tasks among all manufacturing/molding departments
Apply and interpret ANSI Z1.4 and other sampling plans for predicting percent defective and lot acceptance criteria
Conduct routine product and process audits to assure compliance to the quality system.

What’s the role?
As a Field Service Technician, you get to work with an astonishing team that plays a vital role in Carl Zeiss Industrial Quality Solutions, LLC. Show case your skills and experience by process enhancements focused on installation and servicing of custom equipment. You will interact with customers and cross functional service groups that support and launch ZEISS products into the field. Additionally, you will aid the R&D team with engineering work in relation to design, build, and new system testing. This position will also support the production of systems during various stages of assembly and setup.

Responsibilities
1. Process service records for Bard/BD Direct and Contract Service Providers (CSP) by reviewing paperwork for accuracy, completeness and correctness.
2. Coordinate with Field Assurance (FA) in following up with service providers to clarify issues with complaint records so that the records can be closed in a timely manner in accordance with divisional target dates and regulatory requirements.
3. Perform Device History Reviews (DHR) and Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) reviews in support of complaint investigations.
4. Communicate problems, situations, opportunities, and progress to management.
5. Additional task requested, as required.
Educational Qualifications & Previous Experience
High School Diploma or GED required. Associate degree in Business Management, Medical Office Admin, or related field preferred
1 to 3 years experience (medical device industry preferred)
Familarity with service management systems ServiceMax or TrackWise a plus
Professional Skills & Key Competencies
Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
The ability to build relationships within the organization
Desired / Additional Skills & Knowledge
Basic familiarity with MS Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to utilize a computer to enter data and prepare reports.
Ability to lift a 20 lb load from the floor.
Ability to be able to work with limited supervision.
