GENERAL FUNCTION:

Responsible for the continued development and implementation of the Bancorp's compliance programs and management of the related Compliance Managers and teams, including ensuring compliance with Federal laws and regulations and industry standards. Responsible for providing strategic leadership / direction / oversight regarding the Bancorp's compliance risk management programs, including policies, testing, reporting, and control framework. The incumbent is responsible for analyzing current and emerging regulatory trends and proposing and implementing recommendations or system solutions to mitigate identified risk. This position is also responsible for team member development and employee engagement.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Direct, Develop and Oversee the strategic aspects of the compliance programs. this includes overseeing policies and procedures, testing programs, and the employee Education programs for the Bancorp.
• Responsible for the management, direction and oversight of Federal laws and regulations.
• Provide periodic Reports to senior management and board Committees on industry trends, state of the compliance programs and the status of Key initiatives
• Serve as a key contact with bank regulators for compliance exams (develop and maintain relationships, facilitate discussions, demonstrate strategic leadership regarding the program and future initiatives).
• Develop and maintain relationships between compliance risk management and associated line of business leaders to ensure the implementation of effective compliance programs across the Bancorp and related Lines of business. Actively promote a solution-oriented environment throughout the department.
• Provide compliance subject matter expertise and sponsorship for Lines of business and Bancorp projects, processes, and products.
• Work with Lines of business compliance managers and officers to identify policy and procedural enhancements. in reference to new products and new initiatives work with the teams to ensure proper Assessment of the risk, the planning of Controls and the adequate execution of those controls.
• Maintain networks with industry working groups that are dedicated to bank compliance to benchmark and share best practices.
• Provide leadership, motivation, coaching and Assessment to ensure optimum team and individual performance in Support of department, division and Bancorp goals.
• Maintain a cutting edge awareness of company goals, Regulatory and legislative developments, and industry trends.
• Leads and directs the analysis of policies and procedures, including scoring systems, strategic priorities, market share data, trends, external influences, current regulatory focuses, previous examination findings, and input from Audit and Legal.
• Conducts interviews and discussions with senior level managers to Understand process, guidelines and Technology platforms.
• Analyzes data by numerous delivery channels, geographic area, product types, facility, and even employee or officer to identify risks and Develop and recommend scope or target for the Review, corrective action/or performance gap closure. Develops and executes strategies for closing gaps in performance.
• Assess the adequacy of the business units'/affiliate's recommended corrective action to the issues or gaps identified.
• Develops and reports findings to Senior Management regarding their business lines (Legal, Audit, and Senior level Operating Committees).
• Works closely with Sr. leadership to Set strategic direction for department and executes on those goals and objectives.
• Participates and/or Leads regular meetings with peers to Build and maintain knowledge of current and emerging issues and risk in the environment.
• Reviewing and approving recommended solutions for the Regulatory Monitoring and Change management Program ownership.
• Reviews reporting from the Councils for use by the Regulatory Change management Committee.
• Areas of responsibility and accountability within compliance Include: consumer, commercial, Wealth & asset management, testing & practices, financial Crimes and all other relevant and applicable laws and regulations

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage staffing of the Compliance teams to ensure optimal performance in meeting the Risk Management Division's goals and objectives by providing employees timely, candid and constructive performance feedback; developing employees to their fullest potential and providing challenging opportunities that enhance employee career growth; developing the appropriate talent pool to ensure adequate bench strength and succession planning; recognizing and rewarding employees for accomplishments.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Must have 10+ years’ experience in compliance and preferably 10+ years in the financial services industry, including direct accountability for critical business functions.
• Demonstrates working or functional proficiency sufficient to apply the use of software applications (Micro-Soft Office Suite) without assistance and minimal supervision.
• Able to understand and conceptualize basic statistical analysis and theories. Solid experience in manipulating (validating, correcting, reformatting, and transforming) data into more than one format (e.g. spreadsheets, flat files, databases, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills required to gather, assesses and present quantitative and qualitative data.
• Able to develop and support conclusions and make practical recommendations to the business Lines and/or Affiliates. Ability to develop and implement controlled, systematic step-by-step processes based on guidance and procedures.
• Ability to work independently and in a team to plan and accomplish a project or elements of a project (complexity of project scope to depend on seniority), identifying responsibilities, tasks, deadlines and pursuing their timely completion.
• Advanced understanding of consumer finance and of Fifth Third banking and mortgage products, business lines, affiliate structure and operations, and corporate support organization. Including, the Bank's management teams and decision-making operations.
• Ability to work with a team, to identify and solve problems or resolve issues, including members from other units such as the Legal department, audit department, or business unit.
• Strong understanding of the Federal Reserve and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) examination standards and general regulatory issuances.
• Advanced understanding of the operations and interdependencies of the Affiliates and Bancorp.
• Including back-office operations related to credit products.
• Advanced understanding of fair lending and responsible banking laws and regulations and the technical requirements of the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA), interagency fair lending.
• Examination Procedures (IFLEP) and the Interagency CRA Examination Procedures (IEP).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills. Effectively communicates upward, downward and laterally. Displays a positive business presence with management and external contacts.

Job Description

The Senior Engineer manages work in engineering areas of specialization, with minimal supervision. The Senior Engineer is expected to develop advanced skills and to have the ability to work independently, with guidance limited to unusual or complex projects or issues. The Lead Engineer is at the specialist level of the Engineering classification hierarchy. Responsibilities

The Associate Director Food Safety and Quality Assurance (FSQA) position is responsible for ensuring products and processes meet the highest standards of compliance for food safety and quality within Tyson Facilities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with Plant FSQA managers to ensure FSQA policies and procedures are adhered to and to lend technical expertise when needed
• Investigate product complaints to determine cause and help determine solutions and interface directly with the customer

SUMMARY: As a part of Corporate Accounting this position is responsible for maintaining various elements of the Internal Control Environment for the Company and ensuring all risks both key and non-key are appropriately mitigated.

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Developing, organizing, planning, and maintaining global Sarbanes-Oxley SOX documentation for various processes.
• Ensuring an adequate internal control environment exists and is operating effectively and efficiently to mitigate the risk of financial misstatement.
• Identifying and assessing business and operational risks on a continuous basis.
• Identifying internal controls to mitigate identified risks proactively.
• Identifying changes in the Company’s organization or strategy, acquisitions, divestitures, etc. and effectively communicating recommendations as to the impact these changes would have on ICFR, control-self assessment, process sub- certification process, and related software tools.
• The team member may also be responsible for understanding, maintaining, and developing IT controls that support the SOX documentation.

 

Additionally, this role will be involved in the effort to implement all necessary changes to the control environment and related documentation, as they are deemed necessary. The team member will need to be able to proactively develop and communicate intelligent viable scalable solutions when controls are deemed deficient, inefficient, or ineffective in addressing risks. Execute oversight and support in designing, planning, and administering global Sarbanes-Oxley SOX control self- assessment process, as well as, quarterly certification process. Facilitate education on the Company’s global SOX procedures including the control-self assessment, sub-certification processes, and related software tools to all business units and applicable team members. This position will be recognized as a subject matter expert on controls, SOX, and ICFR including keeping current and up to speed with new changes or proposed PCAOB, COSO, or other related regulatory changes as well as segregation of duties SOD issues and their impact on ICFR.

 

This position will also be responsible for other supplementary activities that support management’s ability to assert on the effectiveness of the control environment. Coordinating with Auditing Services and external audit firm to enhance efforts across groups to ensure compliance with SOX regulations and reporting requirements; monitoring segregation of duties SOD conflicts within the general ledger system and across all other SOX relevant applications; evaluating IS service requests for potential ICFR implications; and other duties and ad-hoc requests as deemed necessary.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in an academic field directly related and essential to this job Business, Accounting, or Finance degree preferred. Master’s degree is a plus.

Experience: 2 plus years of progressive experience in financial accounting, internal controls audit, or comparable experience or advanced degree, professional certification with 1 plus years of progressive experience preferred. Public accounting experience a plus. Project Management experience a plus.  Experience working with auditors is a plus. Experience working with IT General Controls is a plus.

Computer Skills: Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office tools e.g. Word Excel PowerPoint Visio Power BI etc. Knowledge of SAP and Tyson legacy systems is a plus.

Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Special Skills: Certified Public Accountant or Certified Internal Auditor preferred but not required.

Warehouse Operations ensures an uninterrupted flow of life saving drugs through the pharmaceutical supply chain.  We are responsible for performing a combination of crucial tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of sensitive product. Our efforts directly contribute to hospitals’ and pharmacies’ ability to administer essential pharmaceutical products to the patients who need them the most.

Responsibilities in this role

• Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) to process orders including accurately picking, performing quality control checks, sorting, consolidating freight, building and wrapping pallets, packing, loading and preparing the orders for shipment. 
• Responsible for working in cold temperatures throughout segments of the shift
• Responsible for cross-training in multiple areas of the warehouse and/or participates in projects as assigned by your manager or other management team member.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks, maintaining a clean work environment including complying with all Environmental Health and Safety requirements. 

Qualifications

We are open to candidates with little to no warehouse experience. If you are comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment you could be a great fit for our team. All training is provided starting your first day!

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Comfort working with heights 20-30 ft regularly
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift
• Ability to follow direction and change priorities

About the Role
As a Control Systems Lead, you will lead service technicians on the team with maintaining, troubleshooting, and modifying Material Handling (MHE) controls systems equipment to ensure operational performance. • Act as first level escalation support for the control system technician teams. Appropriately escalate downtime situations to vendors or headquarters for support to restore equipment operation.
• Apply subject matter expertise in material handling and electronic control systems to maximize building utilization of systems
• Monitor MHE metrics and partner with Controls Technicians and Mechanics to resolve equipment electrical problems that create performance deficiencies. Perform controls systems assessments to maintain and improve equipment reliability
• Partner with Facility Operations leadership, equipment vendors and parts suppliers to plan and coordinate new technology installations. Acting as the technical consultant for capital projects inside the building
• Communicate technical issues and project timelines with building leadership, operations and the maintenance team. Explain production impacts and work closely with operations and engineering to ensure a thorough understanding of impact to systems
• Develop training plans for Control Systems Technicians
• Move up to 49lbs as well as stand and walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, with or without reasonable accommodation


Basic Qualifications:
• Associates degree with a focus in in Electronic Technology or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience with Motor Controls (motor starts, variable frequency drives, DC drives, and standard electrical components)
