1. Perencanaan

c.Melengkapi kebutuhan safety pekerja (jika tidak disediakan oleh Client) bersama sama dengan Site Coordinator bagi pekerja di lapangan.
d. Membuat rekapitulasi absensi pekerja berdasarkan daily basis pekerja yang menjadi dasar sistem penggajian serta dilaporkan ke kantor pusat.
e.Membuat Database karyawan (dilengkapi dengan alamat/mobile phone) dilengkapi dengan performancenya selama bekerja di proyek (bersama dengan Site Coordinator) tersebut.

What you will do:
The Sprinkler Inspector II is responsible for meeting customer expectations while performing quality inspections, performing quality NFPA 25 inspections.
How you will do it:
Perform routine inspections, testing, servicing, installing and preventative maintenance of life safety product lines as well as similar competitive manufacturer's product line.
Learn to complete Service Acknowledgements with proper coding through communication devices, such as laptop computers and/or hard copy.
Follow and maintain a highly structured inspection schedule.
Input, retrieve and archive inspection documentation program via the laptop computer.
Make minor repairs to fire sprinkler systems.
Complete assigned inspections on time.
Perform other duties as assigned.

What we look for:
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
1-2 years documented experience in sprinkler systems preferred
Able to obtain and retain any licenses that are required by National, State and Local codes.
Experience with hand tools.

Demonstrates an aptitude for troubleshooting systems and performing necessary repairs.

Manage Tax Credit, HAP, RAP and/or Section 8 based files.
Manage the annual recertification process for on time file completion.

We are adding an experienced Quality Inspector with CMM and mechanical inspection experience to our Quality team! The Quality Inspector is responsible for performing product inspection and/or audits of quality control programs with respect to incoming components and raw materials.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Performs incoming, in-process and final inspections of materials, electrical components, sub-assemblies, circuit card assemblies and final products to assure conformance utilizing drawings, schematics, specifications and work instructions.
Ensures raw materials provided by suppliers meet contractual flow down requirements i.e. C of C, chemical physical certifications, RoHS, and REACH
Works with other departments efficiently and effectively.
Generates and documents approval or rejection labels, nonconforming reports, photographs, and or diagrams as part of the inspection review process.
Minimize down time by focusing on process proactive improvement opportunities and presenting them to management
Some light lifting of packages required to perform receiving quality inspections.
May include team lead/supervisory responsibilities as required
Qualifications & Competencies
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following qualifications and competencies:
Precision mechanical inspection experience
Ability to interpret and apply GD&T
First article inspection experience
Receiving and In-process inspection experience.
Requires the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specification using ASME Y 14.5. GD&T and skillful use of metrology tools and gages required.
Programming and operating a CMM as well as other QC inspection functions for precision machined components and assemblies
ESD protection and handling knowledge and awareness of electronic parts
Must be proficient with inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, drop indicators, microscopes, etc.
Ability to use microscope for quality inspection of parts for extended periods
Ability to work in cleanroom attire for extended periods
Ability to travel to Supplier’s facility to conduct Quality Audits and Inspections
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Ability to document and photograph non-conforming parts or material including reporting any inspection results to MRB
Must be well organized and be able to prioritize workload in a fast paced environment
Ability to read technical drawings, requirements, quality clauses, and SOWs
Working knowledge of Document Control and Configuration Management
Excel, Word, Power Point, Adobe Acrobat, and ERP/MRP working experience
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment with minimal supervision
Displays exemplary ethics and business conduct and performs work cognizant of safe work practices
Education and/or Experience
Completion of a high school degree or vocational training is required.
A minimum of three (3) years of directly related experience
Position requires a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience running a Coordinate Measurement Machines CMM, as well as good working knowledge and experience with mechanical inspection measuring tools and quality processes

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Serves as the primary customer-facing team member for all Quality related issues: assessments and product failures, returns, technical issues, process issues, corrective actions; primary point of contact for customer surveys, audits, and site visits.
Verifies compliance to all performance specifications, documentation requirements, and customer expectations (per PO, contract, Q-Clauses, etc…) review and approval of design documentation.
Verifies compliance to all DCMA requirements for product delivery; supports DCMA product / process audits as required; coordinates Customer Source Inspection (CSI) and/or Government Source Inspection (GSI) site visits as required per customer contracts.
Completes First Article Inspection (FAI) per customer contract and/ or source control drawing requirements. Works with various TMS teams to verify compliance and to resolve issues. Documents results in AS9102 format.
Leads the response to customer issues; ensure CAPA responses are thorough and completed as per the committed time frames; coordinates customer scorecard reviews and related follow-up activities; coordinates the organization’s response to customer- issued audit findings and corrective actions.
Reviews customer contracts and purchase order for requirements and potential issues, including documentation, unfunded deliverables (ex. CSI / FAI), exemptions, outsourced processes; coordinates internal reviews and required to ensure proper flow-down to and execution by other departments.
Supports the organization’s ISO-9001 / AS9100 certification; reports key performance measures, performance levels and trends at quarterly business reviews and other meetings as required; leads small teams through continual improvement efforts to address internal or external corrective actions.

Minimum Experience and Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related technical field

Strong background using standard Quality tools / techniques (5 Whys, Fault Tree Analysis, process mapping)
Familiarity with MIL-STD-883 and MIL-PRF-38534.
Prior experience delivering hardware for aerospace and/or defense programs is highly desired.
Experience within an AS9100-certified organization a plus (including customer flow-down, Q-Clauses)
ASQ certifications (CQE, CQA, CSQP, CRE), or other similar professional certifications a plus
Must be a US Citizen and able to attain Security Clearance.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Quality Manufacturing Representative’s primary functions are to assure manufacturing operations meet the quality system requirements, product is released to sterilization and shipping after review of documentation and assisting Quality engineers with quality issues. This position will also provide training, guidance, and input on quality issues to the manufacturing floor. This position will also audit compliance to the quality policy and procedures. The incumbent will participate in continuous improvement and other plant initiatives as needed in support of business goals. This position reports directly to a Quality Engineer.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Performs review of manufacturing documentation
Releases product to the next stage of manufacturing or shipping
Follows up on manufacturing issues with appropriate parties
Perform complete inspection of product according to applicable specifications
Reports issues to the Quality Engineers and assist as needed with quality related issues
Document all inspections as required
Update all reports and databases as required for reporting and tracking purposes
Possess knowledge of Quality System Regulations
Ensure manufacturing associates are properly trained using documented inspection techniques
Must perform duties and maintain knowledge to conduct inspections and tasks among all manufacturing/molding departments
