THE JOB
The Director of Venue Premium Seat Sales is responsible for the long-term retention and growth of our full season, membership, group, and hospitality package members as well as other revenue-generating programs as added to the product portfolio. THE JOB

What you will do
As an experienced Business Development Executive with the RFID and Inventory Intelligence Team, you will generate leads and secure business with new, high revenue potential customers. This is an impactful business-to-business seller role responsible for directly driving revenue from brick-and-mortar Retail clients in North America.
You will target retail senior leaders in Information Technology, Store Operations, Loss Prevention and Supply Chain to deliver our value propositions in RFID-based Inventory and Shrink Visibility Solutions. Required

What does the Support Lead do?
Under the leadership of the Store Manager/Leader and Customer Service Manager, assists with direction of the Front End Lead(s) (if applicable) and sales associates of the store while the Manager on Duty. The Support Lead is responsible for all key functions of the store as directed. The Support Lead is also responsible to “Wow the Customer”, assist with front end operations, cash management, cleanliness, safety, and driving sales.

What You Will Do:
The application administrator provides support for Guidehouse’s Sales Proposal Management applications and their environments. This includes maintaining application software, monitoring and troubleshooting issues within a software environment, forecasting and planning for application capacity and demand, in addition to other tasks. What You Will Need:

Experience with SAAS implementations, Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls.
Knowledge of the ITIL process framework - Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management and Service Level Management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
