Job Description:
This job is responsible for the delivery of integrated credit solutions to clients as well as on-going portfolio management. Key responsibilities include underwriting and negotiating new transactions, partnering with client-facing teammates to consult on sales opportunities, and providing the product expertise to deliver effective client solutions. Job expectations include providing on-going monitoring of client portfolios, ensuring accurate and timely analysis of financial statements, assignment of risk ratings, and required client reviews.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluates new end-user credit opportunities including identification and assessment of risks and identifies mitigating factors
• Partners with client-facing teammates to consult on sales opportunities and provide the product expertise and consultation necessary to deliver the best possible solution to the client
• Underwrites new transactions, analyzes credit risk, negotiates and closes deals, while adhering to internal policy, procedures and regulatory requirements
• Structures the terms of a lease/loan with respect to the various aspects that make up a lease/loan (e.g. pricing, rates, payment, term, collateral)
• Manages the credit process for a portfolio of clients including reviewing financial statements, assessing the client's compliance with financial covenants, confirming the accuracy of risk ratings, and recommending changes as warranted

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years’ experience in commercial credit underwriting and leasing, insurance, finance or rating agency industry experience.
• Must have strong presentation, structuring, financial statement, credit and risk analysis skills.
•  Must be able to analyze, interpret and negotiate third party documentation.
• Healthcare, Education & Not-For-Profit experience strongly preferred.
• Must have excellent client relations skills.
• Clear and articulate oral and written communication skills.
• Results oriented, is able to accomplish objectives in a specified timeframe

Job Summary

Healthcare, Education & Not-for-Profit (HENFP) is part of the Global Commercial Bank which serves public and private companies, generally with annual revenues of $50 million to $2 billion. HENFP is unique in that our client teams are dedicated to adding value providing bespoke products and solutions to Not-for-Profit Healthcare (Hospital systems), Private Higher Education, and Not For Profits with no upper limit on revenue size of those organizations (the largest exceed $20 billion in annual revenue). HENFP supports the financial needs of a variety of 501(c) not for profit clients including healthcare, private universities, colleges and K-12 schools, cultural, professional and social service organizations.  

The HENFP Market Executive (ME) functions as the market leader with responsibility for revenue and profitability, developing and executing the market strategy, client experience, managing the sales process, employee engagement and hiring and developing talent. The majority of the ME’s time is divided among three areas: coaching and developing Relationship Managers (RMs) and client teams; client meetings and events; developing and executing the regional strategy, in collaboration with the regional leadership team. This position is based in Chicago and will cover 10 midwestern states.  

Scope of Responsibilities

• Reports to Head of HENFP
• Manages a team of Relationship Managers and Commercial Associates
• Responsible for strategically allocating resources in the region
• Accountable for the optimal allocation of Relationship Managers; collaborates with the regional leadership team to determine the optimal allocation of credit products, treasury solutions, and sales support resources to capitalize on the regional opportunity
• Manages the team’s pipeline of deals and facilitates hand-offs between members of the client teams
• Continually enhances team performance through effective recruiting, coaching, development, and performance management activities
• Integral member of the HENFP leadership team; develops strong relationships with the leaders of the business, key support partners and other MEs
• Leads or participates in GCB-wide and/or HENFP projects or initiatives
• “face of the bank” to the business community within region

Required Skills:

• Undergraduate degree required: Majors in business, finance or economics preferred. MBA desirable.
• Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, 63 & 24 (Must obtain SIE, series 7 & 63 license within 180 days of start date. Must obtain series 24 within one year of start date)

Job Summary

BASIC FUNCTION
HCSC is looking for a dynamic Training Administrator who will ensure that our training programs are engaging and run smoothly. Your duties will include communicating with participants and vendors and assisting with development of effective programs. This position is responsible for coordinating training logistics and processes as well as supporting multiple training programs; coordinating training schedules, resolving conflicts, processing requests, supporting the training budget, coordinating training events, supporting external vendors, obtaining classroom materials and managing inventory, managing training regions data and logins, and managing multiple training logistics and support functions. This is a high visibility role consulting with customers and internal workgroups with the coordination of project management activities related to the learning organization.

NOTE: the role is hybrid/flex and requires being in the office three days per week and working from home two; relocation is NOT available for this role, sponsorship will NOT be extended ~

Required Job Qualifications:

• Three (3) years’ of business experience OR completion of relevant technical certification/college courses.
• PC proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (MS Teams specifically) as well as WebEx and SharePoint.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience tracking and handling large numbers of records and working with data reporting quickly and accurately.
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Job Qualifications:
