Job Description

1. Be in charge of plant operation activities, ensure that the biomass plant complies with all regulatory and safety requirements.
2. Responsible for proper supervision and execution of maintenance and overhaul of all control and instrumentation equipment
3. Assist the production manager to prepare the equipment maintenance plan within the jurisdiction, do a good job in maintenance management and be responsible for the on-site management of equipment maintenance and technical transformation projects.
4. Responsible for the technical training of maintenance, formulate training plans and goals, organize regular assessments and continuously improve the technical level of operating personnel.
5. Responsible for the implementation of technical innovation and other plans in maintenance.
6. Responsible for the deployment of personnel and materials during equipment maintenance, timely inspection and resolution of existing problems during maintenance, and ensuring the quality and progress of maintenance. After equipment maintenance, cooperate with the production department to complete equipment acceptance work.
7. Establish and construct a complete equipment ledger, cost accounting, control maintenance costs, reduce consumption quotas, improve maintenance efficiency, and ensure production operations.
8. Attend to equipment breakdown, review and define the repair procedure with operation
9. Carry out corrective and preventive maintenance in accordance to the work instruction and procedures

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor of Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering
2. Diploma in Engineering with at least 3 years of equipment maintenance experience will be considered

4. Hands on experience on instrument calibration and DCS/PLC modification

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Assist the CFO to engage and manage the finance function for regional sites, with the support of a finance executive.
2. Work closely with the Country Finance Managers (CFMs) of the respective countries to ensure that country finance teams deliver to the expectation of HQ finance.
3. Ensure that the countries meet the management & regulatory deadlines – reporting, audit, filing annual returns, tax filing, GST, etc.
4. Rollout & implement the group corporate governance policy to the sites.
5. Strengthen the finance team by providing support, training, help, and engagement with the CFM.
6. Perform monthly reviews of the financial reports and performance of the countries. Give inputs to the countries for improvements.
7. Setup of new sites in the region.
8. Perform audit of the region (compliance to Corporate Governance Policy).
9. Deal with any regional issues – foreign exchange, tax, transfer pricing agreements, management fees, etc.
10. Put in place a master documentation of the policies and procedures governing the countries in the region and ensure consistency of practice among different sites/countries in the region.
11. Engage with the wider finance team to come up with best practices for the whole group.

• Keep track of distributor’s sales performance in ensuring expected sales budget is met
• Prepare quotation for customers and distributors
• Analyze and make strategic plans to develop the markets
• Monitor and closely follow up on the development of sales activities of distributors
• Provide support to distributors in the undertaking of projects, including technical support and provide updated information to department manager
• Full support in the preparation of sales seminar or any other sales or after-sales related activities or events including sales campaigns, promotions and programs for distributors and end-users
• Oversee building schedules of shipyards and technical & commercial meetings with customers
• Provide advice on the commissioning schedule and oversee the entire process
• Impart technical knowledge related to Yanmar engines to key stakeholders
• Advise on avoidance of engine damage and good engineering practices
• Coordinate with service agents on matters relating to service agreement matters
• Able to analyze market situation and provide forecast to Department Head

The HR Manager position is a full-time role based in Singapore. Your main responsibility consists of recruitment works and providing support to management.

Job Responsibilities:

Performance Management

• Oversee and evaluate the performance of the HR team in the Singapore office.

Recruitment and Hiring

• Oversee the entire recruitment and hiring process for the Singapore office, including onboarding new employees, offboarding departing employees, and conducting interviews.

Legal and Compliance

• Act as a subject matter expert on Singapore employment laws and policies.
• Provide advice and guidance to local managers on the implementation of employee policies, rules, and regulations.
• Enforce disciplinary measures and ensure compliance with company policies.

Policy Development

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the organization’s strategic goals.

Talent Retention and Employee Engagement

• Work closely with the local management team to develop and implement strategies aimed at retaining existing talent and enhancing employee engagement initiatives.
• Enhance employee welfare by organizing team-building activities and office-level events.

Brand Promotion and Career Development

• Plan, organize, and attend career fairs to promote the company’s brand and advertise open positions.
• Coordinate with the training department to plan and execute training sessions for office staff.

Employee Relations

• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and management.

Record Keeping and Confidentiality

• Maintain accurate employee records.
• Ensure the employee database is up-to-date and uphold confidentiality in all HR matters.

Regional and Global Collaboration

• Collaborate with other HR teams in the Asia-Pacific region to assist with recruitment and interviews as needed.
• Collaborate with the Global HR team in creating employee benefit plans and remuneration packages to retain talent and stay competitive as an employer.

Skills and Abilities:

• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Understanding of Singapore’s labour laws and regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and Powerpoint.
• Comfortable with a fast-paced working environment.
• Responsible, self-driven, strong learning ability and execution ability
• Experience in handling cross-department communication is an advantage
• Prior experience in team management and leadership

Experience and Education:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources/ business administration/ related fields.
• At least 3-4 years of HR experience and with at least 1 year of experience in a leadership/management role
