Channel Mapping/ Store Grading

• Identify stores and develop action plans for Store Segmentation/ Upgradation/ Resources planning as the total RM resources

Project Scheduling, Budget and Planning

• Work closely with PM team for MDF Short and Mid term Budget Planning  in related to Strategic Reno and POSM activities with full overview of Marketing Activities calendar

Our team operates through weekly test cycles (for 3-4 projects) so creatives who’ve operated in performance marketing agencies or creative production for e-commerce/ DTC brands have an advantage.

Your Role

As a Senior Designer, you are responsible for creating high converting collaterals & assets for our range of supplements.

You’ll work with our senior team to deliver key deliverables for various projects.

These include brand assets (new product labels, photos, launch videos) and production creatives (static ads, short form video, landing pages) to drive customer acquisition for our brand.

Once results are validated, you will productize your winning creatives into a scalable process for junior designers to model after/ create variations.

Key Outcomes

• Create new winning ad creative formulas across various platforms & formats.
• Improve overall brand aesthetic, look & feel.
• Support in upskilling designers and improve team performance.

Responsibilities

Ideation & Iteration

• Contribute to a library of swipes/ trends to spark innovation across creative teams.

• Innovate, test, and validate new creatives to acquire new customers profitably. This includes but is not limited to new static/video formats based on trends, proven formulas and competition/ industry practices.
• Break down the creative into digestible and repeatable templates for designers to optimise and improve over time. (including image categories, text placements, elements, visual/audio cues, shotlists)
• Collaborate with media buyers to share creative test reports on what’s working/what isn’t & drive direction on new improvements.
• Leverage generative A.I to generate new concepts + increase output efficiency.

Mentorship & Improvements

• Work with the creative management team to develop new test ideas to accelerate project progress.
• Review and mentor designers to improve overall performance on a regular basis. (including research processes, ideation & execution)

• 5+ years of experience in creative testing, graphic design & content creation
• Strong analytical skills - able to dissect core drivers of working ads and creating new variations to test based on ad test data, market psychology and design thinking principles.
• Ability to distil new concepts into applicable frameworks and roll out them out to new designers quickly.
• Independent problem solver who is resourceful.
• Organised & meticulous .
• Obsessed with psychology, design, video & advertising.
• Dialled into the industry: Eg involved in the DTC twitter, DRM/creative testing spaces.
• Interested in applying skill sets in the right (highly scalable) opportunity/vehicle.
• Bonus: Experience, knowledge or interest in branding, sociology, psychology, storytelling, product design, A/B testing, CRO,UI/UX.

Work Arrangement

• This is a full time position based in Singapore
• We work Monday to Friday 10 AM to 7 PM SGT (GMT+8)

Key Scope

Lead creative testing strategy, brand direction & advise product design. Oversee production standards and spur innovation in graphic, video direction. Introduce new creative tests and support systems building with the creative manager & copy lead.

Responsibilities

Research

• Understand customer psychology (fears, pains, desires, beliefs, motivations etc), bring them into our advertising through visual avatars/ models.

• Study competitors/industry/ beyond our industry to understand logic for their tests, formats, styles and recreate them for internal use.

SOP Creation

• Maintain & grow collateral/ library, easy organisation and depth of knowledge, support with swipes/ references training/ coaching if necessary.

• Develop frameworks to visually communicate the differentiation/ benefits for our line of products.
• Create visual templates/ briefs/tests/ optimization guides for new references, winning ad formats and iterations of them.

• Tweak templates/ references/ optimizations/ cheat sheets in response to test results.

• Create ready to go “launch kits”/ playbooks we can use to quickly create ads/landing pages/labels/emails for new products.

Management, Production & Performance

• Work with designers and editors during final review of ad creatives before they launch.

• Review test results with Media Buyers, Copy Lead & propose next course of action/iteration.

• Improve internal creative capabilities with AI and other tools/platforms.

• Lead hiring & management of new creatives (with stakeholder alignment).

Extendable Scope

• Set up capabilities and processes for internal in house production including directing photoshoots, video/ 30 sec commercials.
• Support content creation/ partnership strategy amongst influencers, health experts and other partners.

Work Arrangement

• This is a Full time role.
• We work 10 AM to 7 PM SGT(GMT+8) Monday to Friday

• 4+ years experience managing the creative testing for D2C e-commerce beauty or wellness brand.
• Strong visual direction, ability to identify patterns, trends & develop innovative test ideas.
• Quick at analyzing and breaking down competitor ad psychology and modelling from core ideas.

• A portfolio that demonstrates strong graphic design, package, and/or brand identity. Assessed on creative excellence, design system thinking, storytelling, typography and technical execution.
• Highly empathetic, able to put yourself in someone else’s shoes to see the world from another lens.

• Values data & performance equally behind what is creative or aesthetic .

• Has a ready to go playbook to start applying several new test ideas to any brand (statics, GIFs, video).

• Self-starter, leader and ability to form great working relationships with peers.

• Up-to-date with latest trends and advertising best practices.

• Keen eye for detail.

• Great at organization, project management and documentation.

• Highly skilled in Adobe Illustrator/InDesign and Photoshop to execute projects with excellence. Working knowledge or better of other Design software, such as After Effects, Premiere, Figma.
