As Channel Sales Manager, you are part of our sales team and you will be tasked with managing relationship with channel partners, such as distributors, dealers, lead finders, as well as customers. Meantime, you will have to find the appropriate business channel partners to drive the sales of the company’s products and services.

We are looking for an experienced Channel Sales Manager which is customer-oriented and result oriented to grow our company to achieve another new milestone of sales achievement. You are necessary to have strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, along with a deep understanding of sales dynamics and distribution channels, in expanding market reach, drive revenue growth and maintain strong partnerships with channel stakeholders.

This is a full-time position to support Southeast Asia and South Asia, and you are expected to be frequent travel to these regions.

Responsibilities :

• Design, developing, and implement channel strategies to maximize sales through various distribution channels, considering factors such as market demand, competition, and target customers.

• Identify and recruit new channel partners, including distributors, dealers, lead finders, and other relevant partners.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, providing support to ensure their engagement and commitment to selling the company's products/services.

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive threats within assigned channels.

• Set sales targets and objectives for channel partners, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback and support to optimize sales effectiveness.

• Negotiate contracts and agreements with channel partners, outlining terms and conditions for sales, distribution, pricing, and support.

• Collaborate with internal teams, including business and product development, marketing, and operations, to support channel initiatives and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

• Collaborate with business development and marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns, marketing materials, and sales tools tailored to each distribution channel.

• Provide training, product knowledge, and ongoing support to channel partners to ensure channel partners have the necessary skills and resources to effectively sell the company's products/services. • Identify, build and maintain Key Accounts to expand the relationships and market share. Work closely with associated business partners, and thus maintain and develop the strategic relationship with the Key Accounts.

• Prepare and present reports, forecasts, and recommendations to management on channel sales performance and initiatives.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

• 10 years of experience in channel sales management or a similar role, preferably in the flexible packaging industry.

• Knowledge of flexible packaging laboratory equipment is a plus.

• Proven track record of success in developing and managing channel partner relationships and driving sales growth.

• Strong understanding of sales principles, distribution channels, and market dynamics.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.

• Possess own transport and willing to travel 90% of working time domestically, Southeast Asia and South Asia.

Overview:

The person will play a pivotal role in driving sustainability initiatives within the organisation. His/her responsibilities will encompass working closely with Director and Vice President of Strategic Communications in various aspects of sustainability, including being the champion of Environmental, Social, and Governance (“ESG”) principles, initiating and managing Corporate Social Responsibility (“CSR”) programmes, as well as managing and monitoring Wakalah budget and programmes. The position requires strategic thinking, leadership, and project management skills which are essential to promote sustainable practices and create positive impact on the Company’s stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. ESG Champion:
a. Stay updated on ESG trends, regulations, and best practices.
b. Collaborate with various departments to integrate ESG considerations into the company’s operations.
c. Advocate for ESG principles within the organisation and promote a culture of responsible business practices.
 

2. CSR Program Initiation and Management:
a. Identify and assess CSR opportunities aligned with the company’s mission and values.
b. Develop a CSR strategy and roadmap, including measurable goals and KPIs.
c. Establish partnerships with non-profit organisations and community stakeholders.
d. Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of CSR programmes.
e. Report on the impact of CSR initiatives and communicate achievements to stakeholders.
 

3. Wakalah Budget and Program Initiation, Management and Monitoring:
a. Develop and implement programme based onallocated Wakalah budget.
b. Monitor utilisation of Wakalah budget, including for Human Capital Department.
c. Prepare required report on the utilisation of Wakalahbudget to Pusat Pungutan Zakat MAIWP. 

4. Sustainability Reporting:
a. Prepare the annual sustainability reports that include ESG performance, CSR initiatives and Wakalahprogram updates.
b. Collaborate with internal teams to gather and verify data.
c. Ensure compliance with relevant reporting standards (e.g. GRI, SASB).
 

5. Stakeholder Engagement:
a. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather input and feedback on sustainability efforts.
b. Foster relationships with industry organisations, government agencies, and other partners to advance sustainability goals.
 

6. Risk Management:
a. Identify and assess sustainability-related risks and opportunities.
b. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risk and capitalise on opportunities.
 

7. Budget and Resource Management:
a. Manage the budget allocated for sustainability initiatives.
b. Allocate resources efficiently to support ESG, CSR and Wakalah programmes.
 

8. Compliance and Regulation:
a. Stay informed about relevant laws and regulations related to sustainability and CSR.
b. Ensure the Company’s compliance with applicable legal requirements.
 

Qualifications

ACCOUNT MANAGER   

The Account Manager plays a crucial role as a bridge between the agency and its clients. This position involves managing client relationships, understanding the client's needs, and ensuring the successful execution of communication campaigns. This role requires the person to have great project management skills, coordinating with various internal and external teams to deliver high-quality output and maintain client satisfaction. 
 
Key Responsibilities

A DAY IN A LIFE

• As a start up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:
