• Assist in the development and implementation of digitally led marketing plans to achieve growth ambition for online customer acquisition of assigned portfolios/businesses.

Job Description

• Manage Credit Card Finance Operation Function, to ensure that Settlement to Merchant and Card Scheme by timely basis;
• Manage Loan Financing Function, ensure that proper reconciliation being carry out by timely basis;
• Lead the accounting department and ensure that all the expenses recognize (ie accruals, prepayment and fixed assets) on time.
• To review month end account closing and perform analysis on fluctuation.
• To ensure that periodical closings, reports, ledgers reconciliation are prepared accurately and reviewed in a timely manner.
• Support respective Stakeholder on Credit Card and Loan Financing operation, providing recommendations or problem solving as and when required.
• To manage Strategic Department, review monthly management reports, Department Performance Reporting to respective Business Unit.
• To support in preparing variance analysis on performance as well as cost analysis for difference types of meeting purposes.

Requirements:

• Responsible for the Technology Risk Management function for ACSM in managing technology risk and enhancing technology resilience.
• To oversight the current and emerging technology risk, cyber risk and security which could potentially impact the ACSM’s risk profile.

Business Management Executive

As a Business Administration Executive, you will be actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the business. If you have an interest to explore and learn about the general administration of a business, this would be a good role for you.

Administrative

• Providing administrative support to Business Operations Manager on all administrative matters and operational matters.
• Supporting Business Operations for E-invoice implementation and readiness
• Assist and managed monthly tasks of quality checks, monthly reporting, record keeping, compliances, routine checks on internal databases for consistency and accuracy.
• Keep business activity documents well organised and up to date (ie, expenses, claims, etc)
• Organise and archive old business documents.
• Using spreadsheets to track and keep AP up to date.

• Manage the time tracking system to generate weekly reports. Identify gaps and follow through to ensure the gaps are addressed accordingly.
• Keep management up to date of resource availability and leave plan.
• Time tracking system – back up to operations manager to manage the system on project creation, assignment permission, creating document template, checklist, etc.
• Assist to manage day-to-day operation activities related to active projects and providing project system support to consultants.

Requirements:

• A relevant bachelor’s degree or higher diploma in business administration, management, marketing or related fields.
• Fundamental knowledge on accounts, taxes or marketing experiences would be a plus.
• Good command of language in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Job Responsibilities :

• Plan and conduct internal audit reviews according to the approved annual audit plan to assess effectiveness and efficiency of internal control, governance and risk management processes.
• Undertake audit planning and fieldwork independently and ensure well documented audit work papers to support audit conclusion and results.
• Prepare audit report and develop practical or value added recommendations to address the root cause of issues identified or to improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor and follow-up to ensure agreed improvement plans are timely implemented.
• Involvement in the Company’s J-SOX assessment process and other ad-hoc projects as and when required.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree or professional qualification in related field such as auditing, banking, accounting, finance, commerce.
• A minimum of 4 years of internal auditing experience, preferably with prior exposures in banking / financial services industry.
• Exposure and experience in ISO Management System (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO27001 and ISO37001) and Japanese Sarbanes-Oxley (J-SOX) will be an added advantage.
