TikTok Creator Specialist

Responsibility:

• Creating and producing high-quality, engaging TikTok videos that align with brand objectives and resonate with the target audience.
• Developing creative content strategies and concepts that leverage current TikTok trends and challenges.
• Collaborating with marketing teams and other stakeholders to ensure content aligns with broader campaign goals.
• Analyzing TikTok content performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of content and make data-driven improvements.
• Staying updated with the latest TikTok trends, features, and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Engaging with the TikTok community through comments, collaborations, and interaction to build and maintain a positive brand presence.
• Managing a content calendar and ensuring timely delivery of videos and other TikTok content.
• Coordinating with influencers, content creators, and other partners to enhance content reach and effectiveness.
• Reporting on content performance and providing insights and recommendations for future content strategies.
• Adapting content strategies based on audience feedback and emerging trends.

Requirements :

• Only open to Malaysian citizens.
• At least one(1) year of experience as a TikTok Specialist.
• Knowledge of the latest market creative, art, and design trends.
• Demonstrated high creativity and versatility with a clear conceptual understanding.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and allocate tasks effectively.
• Capability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to work in a team.
• Possess good judgment and a keen sense of design aesthetics.
• Flexible and adaptable with a can-do attitude towards challenges.
