Junior Executive

Requirements: Degree in refrigerant and air conditioning

Experience: 3 to 5 years

Working Hours: 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 6:00pm

Location: Petaling Jaya (SS2)

Scope of Work:

Able to plan maintenance service plan
Able to assist the team in maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, testing, commissioning and repair of all ACMV systems or related equipment
Able to prepare reports or quotations
Develop and maintain good relationship with existing customers
Develop new and potential customer contact leads for sales business development team
Handle customer complaints/technical enquiries and take corrective actions within the target time
Able to handle multi-task and work independently

Job Requirements:

1) Have understanding of refrigeration and air conditioning

2) Have good work attitude, communication skills, self-motivated, positive and responsible

3) Have good team spirit and assistance

We are a locally based firm and our initial line of trade was air conditioning, electrical and building related services since 1975. Our well trained group of Engineers, Supervisors and Technicians will provide Design, Installation, Testing and Commissioning as well as After Sales Service to our clients for Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation System (ACMV).

In 1982, we ventured into site preparation business and have since been recognized for our turnkey solutions (cooling/power/security etc.) and maintenance services for critical mission facilities (such as data centres, telecommunication switching centres, factory process control rooms / clean rooms etc.).

The company is registered and certified by ISO 9001 since 2005; the organization’s quality management system complies with ISO 9001:2015. We offer a very technically sound backup team which enables us to provide utmost service to our much valued clients and with our various lines of products. We are confident that we will be able to uphold a long term relationship with our existing clients and increase our current volume of clients.

With ages of experience in turnkey site preparation business, in 2008 we move forward to provide project management including design and supply, installation, testing and commissioning as well as after sales services to our customers, especially in green solutions.

As a distributor/agent role and servicing oriented organization, EUREKA owns one branch office (in Malacca) to cover for south area business, sales enquiries and servicing activities.
