Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze, develop, and maintain business processes, and recommend improvements.
- Document current and proposed processes and ensure systems align with initial scopes.
- Analyze, test, implement, and support business systems, and evaluate third-party systems.
- Propose project solutions, plan resources, publish project documents, and prioritize workloads.
- Define, create, and maintain reports based on requirements.
- Provide training and support to IT team members and other business staff, including formal and informal sessions.
- Pursue continuous personal development through technical skills enhancement and relevant training.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in IT.
- Minimum of 5 years in the IT sector.
- Relevant experience in IT coordination or business analysis.
- Proven skills in analyzing and improving business processes and systems.
- Experience with project management and reporting.
- Ability to provide training and support for IT systems.
- Commitment to confidentiality, adherence to ISO 9001 standards, and company policies.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
