Job Description:
- Ensure all food preparation are carried out according to standard recipes.
- Conduct quality and presentation checks for the food.
- Monitor stock movement and balance to maintain adequate supplies for daily production.
- Minimize the kitchen wastage.
- Ensure the kitchen is in line with the food hygiene and safety practice.
- Keep ingredients and mise en place well prepared at all times.
- Maintain consistent food quality at all times.
- Perform ad hoc duties assigned by the Head Chef.
