Responsibilities
- Training will be provided
- To handle sales enquiries over the phone, emails or meet up.
- To attend customer enquiry, provide proposal, quotation, DO, invoice and follow up with customers until the sales process is completed.
- Canvassing for new/potential new customers in related field
- Build rapport with few existing customers for long term connection
- To provide consultation, presentation & demonstration of products
- To handle customer feedback, delivery and monitor stock issuesÂ
- To work on any relevant tasks assigned by management from time to time
- Pleasant personality with focus on excellence in customer service.
- Prior working experience will be an added advantage.
