Senior Executive

Responsibilities

Training will be provided
To handle sales enquiries over the phone, emails or meet up.
To attend customer enquiry, provide proposal, quotation, DO, invoice and follow up with customers until the sales process is completed.
Canvassing for new/potential new customers in related field
Build rapport with few existing customers for long term connection
To provide consultation, presentation & demonstration of products
To handle customer feedback, delivery and monitor stock issues
To work on any relevant tasks assigned by management from time to time
Pleasant personality with focus on excellence in customer service.
Prior working experience will be an added advantage.
