監督和指導施工團隊以及分包商。
完成品質保證和保持工作品質。
控製材料浪費和材料交付。
確保交付到現場的所有現場材料均得到適當處理和存放。
保留現場施工員工出勤的準確記錄。
候選人必須至少擁有文憑、學士學位、研究生文憑、工程（環境）、工程（土木）、施工管理或同等學歷。
鼓勵應屆畢業生申請。
