Senior Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities :-

1. Handle machine troubleshooting and ensure all consumables, and spare parts are in place.
2. Ensure preventive maintenance of machines / measuring instrument in production and laboratory are done on time and effectively.
3. Support on facility building and utilities maintenance.
4. Develop, implement and tracking the budget for the maintenance department.
5. Ensure safety requirements, operating standards and cleanliness of all machines and facilities are adhered to.
6. Update all downtime and major repair works to management.
7. Improve production processes to optimize efficient process flow, reduce process or product variability, improve process capability and improve employee safety.
8. Provide training and guidance to Junior Engineers as needed.
9. Collaborate with validation team to develop and maintain process optimization and validation programs.
10. Create and execute validation package for equipment qualification and software validation.
11. Participation in process improvement projects to improve product quality, minimize cost and improve product performance.
12. Communicate business and technical needs, status, results and observations to operating technical and business personnel.
13. Ensure that process techniques are in alignment with the corporate goals and quality policy.
14. Provide process documentation and operating instructions.
15. To accept any additional ad-hoc duties relevant to departmental deliverables as assigned by direct line superior.

Requirements :-

1. Preferably Degree in Engineering field.
2. 5 - 8 years experience in Engineering.
