Jobs Responsibilities:
- Ensure all final itinerary details are prepared.
- Assist in the creation of new product lines.
- Initiate and facilitate marketing and sales efforts for growing the tour department.
- Responsible for initiating the preparation of proposals.
- Run and create customer reports.
- Fluency in English and Mandarins, spoken and written, is essential.
- Maintain and update presentations for sales group and management.
- Support sales team with mailings and other correspondence
Requirements
• Require Language(s) (write, read & speak) - English, Mandarin.
• Outspoken & soft spoken person
• Good follow up skill and highly attentive to enquiry
• Basic computer skill (Outlook, excel, Words and PowerPoint)
• Fresh graduates from diploma / related field or Tourism & Hospitality who are interested to start their career
• Or minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience in the service industry will be an added advantage for this position
• Candidate without any related experience are welcomed to apply for the role as well
• Candidate with multiple years of tour operations related working experience can be considered for the role of Tour Operations Executive.
