Service Technician

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Perform service, maintenance and repair on machines both in warehouse and at customers’ sites
• Focus on battery powered, diesel and petrol driven equipment but also general maintenance of equipment and machinery
• Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance on all equipment
• Be on-call to respond to urgent customer needs on site
• Able to travel outstation and work overtime to get the job done
• Train customer on the usage of equipment
• Visit sites to determine equipment application or inspect customer unit

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Candidates must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
• Understand and have experience with electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems
• Know how to read and interpret electrical circuit diagrams and hydraulic schematics
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English, Mandarin is an advantage
• Prefer 1 - 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
• Possess own car and driving license class ‘D’ is preferred. GDL license will be an advantage
• Applicants must be willing to work in Ijok (Kuala Selangor, Selangor). Travel is required, thus flexibility is also a must.
